Can you really use free ads online to get leads for your business? The short answer is yes you can. I can tell you that for quite sometime I have listed things with free ads online.
Now there are a number of places you can place free ads online. Actually there are many places you can do this, I will share with you where I do it and you can feel free to research the many others as you have time.
I have sold everything from antiques to cars using free ads online but my main reason for this post is to explain how you can use these ads to market any business you want.
Does it work? Well I just posted this ad this evening and so far I have gotten four new leads from it in the first couple hours. Now that may not lite your hair on fire but this is advertising that I can put up and just let it run. And it is easy to do everyday.
Where Do You Post Free Ads Online
Ok so where do I post these free ads online? I can tell you that the one above is a craigslist ad. I also use sites like backpage.com and classifiedads.com because they are free. And once you have the ad you want to post it is very easy and quick to get the free ads online.
I may place a training video on how I created the ads so you can see but it is pretty simple. And the ads don’t have to be images like the one you see above. You can do the same thing with just text, so if you think that it looks to difficult don’t sweat it. You can just use a text ad with your link. I do that as well.
The key is advertise, market, and you will get leads. And if you don’t get them immediately, be patient. It will happen. And it can happen with free ads online.
What do you advertise with the free ads online?
Well like I said in the first part of this post. I have used “free ads online” to advertise all sorts of things. Craziest thing I remember selling off the internet was a Bumblebee Transformer. The reason it was the craziest is they were sold out everywhere in our area and part of the reason was at the time I had bought all the ones I could find. (I don’t recommend this as a business plan.) But it made me some money that Christmas.
The guy who bought it asked me if I could meet him at a local gas station to complete the transaction and when we met he told me “my kid wanted this thing and I could not find it anywhere” I informed him that I had bought all of the ones I could find.
It was fun.
