If you told me 8 months ago, that someone would ask me to come on a Google Hangout, and share my expertise on effective blogging strategies, I would have requested a urine sample.
Kristin Procanick and Diane Dingman, asked me to join them and do just that.
I met Kristin and Diane, at the Empower Network “Fight the Forces of Evil” event in San Diego.
We became quick friends and were already team mates.
And so, it was a wonderful honor and compliment, to be included in this Hangout.
The three of us breakdown some effective blogging strategies that we have used inside our business.
Kristin is passionate about bringing awareness to causes that she cares about, and Diane is consistently having her blog posts ranked on the first page of Google.

Effective Blogging Strategies: Blog for a Cause and with Purpose
Kristin Procanick talks about how she began blogging to bring awareness to causes she is passionate about.
And it is a wonderful example of one of the effective blogging strategies that you can take inside Empower Network.
This Blogging platform is perfect for blogging for a cause.
I have written articles about bringing awareness to children with Cancer,
…something I am passionate about.
And at age 24, when she could be out partying with her friends, or in graduate school somewhere, Kristin is developing skills and techniques that are going to make her a lot of money at a very young age.
Can you imagine being retired at 24?
Well she is and does Empower Network because she loves it…
…and she gets paid to do it.
How badass is that?
And one of Kristin’s causes is the Innocence Project.
And Kristin demonstrates one of the effective blogging strategies, which is to blog with a purpose or for a cause.

Effective Blogging Strategies: Tweak Existing Posts for Maximum Value
I love this strategy.
And it is one that I had not thought of before.
Diane Dingman, with her husband Jeff, have built big teams and been very successful in the network marketing arena for many years.
They have been there, done that, seen it all, and done it all.
So when Diane speaks, I shut up and listen.
And her strategy for going back and optimizing some of her earlier posts for maximum effectiveness…
…is simply brilliant.
She explains that you can tweak some things in your past blog posts and immediately see better results in Google.
What an awesome idea, and one that Diane has mastered.
I know, because I see her posts all over the first page of Google.
And being part of this wonderful team with Kristin and Diane, allows me to learn something new every day that will better my business.
So one more strategy and then I will rap this up…
Effective Blogging Strategies: The Niche Myth
I want to poke some holes in this idea that to be an effective blogger you have to have a niche.
I don’t buy it.
Don’t get me wrong, there are a ton of successful bloggers out there that are making great money, have effectively branded themselves, and have an awesome niche that they focus on.
And I respect and admire every one of them.
But today, with Empower Network, you don’t have to go this route.
This is a painstaking, money spending, time consuming, process.
And you better know what you are doing.
In the above Hangout, I touch on this subject a little bit.
And there are many effective blogging strategies out there, but the beautiful thing about Empower Network, is you can focus on just one or two.
I blog about a lot of subjects, that I find interesting, or that I am passionate about.
And to say you have to have ONE single Niche, to blog about, and make money,
…no longer applies because…
These guys changed all that.
All you need today, to make money blogging is a system, some training, and some determination.

YOU just have to provide the drive and determination.
