I am a blogging badass

Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.

I am a blogging badass

My manhood was recently challenged by a good friend of mine on my tennis team because I started a blog.

Yes I know, blogging is for girls.

Unless you are a blogging badass, like yours truly.

I won’t use Kelly’s full name but you can see in the video that he gave me a hard time recently on the tennis courts about starting a blog.

So I wanted to prove to Kelly that you can still be a badass, be a guy, and blog for the fun of it.

How does one become a blogging badass?

Well you have to have a blog first.   Join Empower Network and get in.   Don’t be a wussy like Dave Wood always says.  There are no wussies at Empower Network.   If that word offends you –  well you may be a wussy.

Next step to being a blogging badass in the blogging universe, is to plug into a great team and take full advantages of the resources at your disposal.

This will save you time, money, and a lot of frustration.  Believe me I know.

We have an incredible bunch of leaders here inside of Empower Network and we can help you reach whatever goals you want to reach.

Make some videos like this one.

Have fun with it folks.   It is not rocket science.   If I can do it anyone can do it.

Get creative.

If videos are not your thing, then write some good content.   Make it entertaining and informative.   People will be drawn to that and they will continue to come back to see what you will create next.

This will help you unleash the blogging badass inside you.

How do I know I am a blogging badass?

Because I have the shirt, of course. :)

blogging badass

If Timberlake is bringing Sexy Back.   Then I am bringing manly back to blogging.   I am here to proclaim that you can be manly and blog.   We can not be stereotyped guys.

We can unlock our inner blogging badass and put it into our manly blogs.

It is like when you buy a Honda Pilot and your wife tells you that only women drive Honda Pilots.    I actually did this.    I bought a Honda Pilot and then quickly realized that I never saw any guys driving a Honda Pilot.

I have a truck now.

But that does not mean I can’t be a blogging badass and drive a Pilot if I to or blog if I want to.   We are manly men after all.

Revenge of the blogging badass

Ironically my friend Kelly just made fun of the very blog platform, that I am using to seek my blogging badass revenge.

Kelly you should not make fun of a guy that blogs or you very well may become a subject of a blog post.

Oh yeah and I also have access to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.  How is that not badass?

Seriously, Kelly you are still my boy.   I am going to try to beat you tonight on the tennis courts, but that does not mean we can’t have a drink or two afterwards.

How badass is that?
