I kick myself in the butt everyday that I miss my reading time and piss away the day doing things I shouldn’t be doing. I take if very seriously now especially since reading wasn’t part of my everyday life prior to starting my own business online.

I was never good in school, so when I got out or should I say dropped out, reading was the least of important things to do in my life. Funny thing is now that I have children, reading is one the things that I tell them is the most important for them to do because it will increase their vocabulary and confidence.

Now reading personal development books is one of the most pushed commitments to do from the top leaders and speakers in my business. As the old saying goes, if someone who is making the kind of income and having the success in their business like you want tells you to do something…you better do it!!

The sentence above is so true. Evidence of this can be seen especially in the leadership of my particular business today. I have seen people change right in front of my eyes from reading personal development books, and of course taking action in their business. But it is amazing how it can change you from the inside out. Increasing your vocabulary and giving you the confidence like I mentioned earlier what I told my kids is what happens too.

I absolutely love reading now, and if I don’t understand what I just read, I just go back and read it again. Reading personal development books has made a huge difference in my life, and my business. From being able to communicate with people better, to being able to make video’s and write posts like this one here, not to mention having better communication with my wife and my children.
