The 30/30/30 Challenge + Free PDF to start with !

Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.

As Bimmers we are challenged to read for at least 30 minutes each day as well as listen to a positive audio for thirty minutes, and do this every day for 30 days. The challenge itself is very interesting because it motivates us to focus on what is positive for at least one hour every day for thirty day which means that in a month we will get at least thirty hours of positive thinking ! Great right ?! This philosophy is something that I like and I think Vick did well to throw this challenge out ! Jim Rohn which is actually one of the author that we should read and listen to says something like this : “ Become a millionaire not for the million but for what it will make you. If once you are a millionaire you do not want the million you can give it away but at least you would have grown as a person”. “Leaders are readers” says Vick and his list of recommended reading is :

Among the list we find Dr. Maxwell Matlz’s Masterpiece Psycho Cybernetics. I finished reading it a few days ago and I have to admit that a paragraph got stock in my mind. I wish to share that paragraph with you knowing full well that you are smart enough to know that a quote extracted from its contexts loses value and yet this quote is so meaningful:

“ Some fifty years ago psychologists thought that man’s mental powers reached their peak at the age of 25 and then began a gradual decline. The latest findings show that a man reaches his peak mentally somewhere around the age of 35 and maintains the same level until well past 70. Such nonsense as “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks” still persists despite the fact that numerous researches have shown that learning ability is about as good as 70 as it is at 17”

Why do I love this quote ? Because it shows that out limitations are primarily between our ears ;) We can give loads of excuses as age, gender, language… and so on. But all the limitations that we face are in our head. When you really want something you will do everything you want to have it !

Now if we look at the list of recommended audios we notice that the library is pretty limited. Let us keep in mind that names like Jim Rohn and Bob Proctor hide literally hundreds of programs. Moreover we should keep in mind that as Empower Network affiliates we have loads of positive audios to listen to in the Inner Circle.

To help you get started here are two books. The first one is courtesy of The Pillars of Succes the second is courtesy of SoilandHealth.org :
