You have heard me talk in the past about how great our team, the Prosperity Team, really is. But I got to ask you, what good is having a great team if you aren’t coachable? One of the benefits of being part of a team is having a coach, right?
I mean what is a coach anyways? A trainer, a mentor, maybe someone who has been where you are and has overcome the obstacles you are facing right now?
Eric Parsloe said, “To be a successful coach requites a knowledge and understanding of process as well as the variety of styles, skills and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which the coaching takes place.” (learn more about coaching here)
Tlccenter.com says, “Coaching can provided empowerment and support in a wide variety of ways. Weather we are seeking a change, or simply want to proceed in our lives with more focus and vigour, a good coach can make all the difference.”
A Great Coach!
I believe this 100% that we have some of the greatest coaches ever inside the Prosperity Team. Especially with Mike Hobbs, who gives so much of his time and effort to make sure that we all are successful. I have worked with other coaches and other leaders who never gave so much of their time, PERSONALLY.
I may have never met Mike Hobbs face to face but I feel like I’ve know him for months now. He has been a very influential person in my business. And it’s all because I hear from him pretty much daily. And it’s not trying to get me to buy stuff, like so many other “coaches” do, he is showing my how to get the same results he has.
So why wouldn’t I take his advice? Why wouldn’t I grab every little piece of knowledge he throws my way? I would have to be stupid to leave anything he says just laying on the ground, so to speak!
Why Be Part of a Team If You Won’t Listen to the Coach?
I admit I’m new to all of this. I need coaching, I need a great coach. I know that if I’m going to be successful then I need to listen to the ones who have had success. Like Mike Hobbs.
This is one of the greatest benefits of being apart of the Prosperity Team, having great leaders and coaches!
