How to Control Negative Thoughts
So yesterday David Wood sent out another assignment and it was on how to control negative thoughts. The assignment is to list 200 things I say in a negative way and turn them into a positive.
This topic hits close to home because I am older and think back on my life of all the things I could have done and opportunities I have messed up on or have missed. Also where I am in life now isn’t where I pictured myself to be when I was growing up.
Plus I am overweight and not by a little. I have struggled with my weight most of my life. I am divorced, work full time, broke most of the time and live a blah life. Just like everyone else around me.
So to you Mr Dave I say this. I came to the Empower Network to change, so from here forward I will reverse my thinking and start to learn how to control negative thoughts.
How to Control Negative Thoughts: My List

Blogging is easy and only takes me 30 min, maybe an hour, a day

Blogging only takes me 30 min a day, plenty of time to do all core steps

I have plenty of money to do my business I just need to prioritize it.

This is not a diet, its learning how to eat healthy

Yes I can have that piece of cake, it’s just not healthy to the whole cake

It’s perfectly fine to cuss in my YouTube videos despite what someone says at work

There is always time to read

I will read at least 30 min daily
