Wielding The Power Of A Seo Jedi

While I believe you shouldn’t spend to much time on this stuff because the reality is seo doesn’t matter if your not sure what you want to say or who you want to say it to.

It is a good idea to have a basic understanding of seo when you first get started online simply for the fact that even the very basic seo stuff will help you get more traffic.

Besides that I am a firm believer that if you are going to get involved with marketing on the internet you need to know a little something something about every aspect of online marketing.

My Seo To Do List

It doesn’t matter if you blog or have a static website. If your doing anything organic to get traffic these are the easy things you can do to start getting those seo juices flowing.

• Go to gravatar.com and get your pic associated with your site(s)
• Go to sites like google+ , adobe.com,pinterest, flicker, myspace, slideshare and other high level sites and set up a profile again putting in your url(s)
• Understand basic keyword research which you can easily learn about for free just by typing in “keyword research”
• Create and or learn about Linkwheels, back linking, deep linking, signatures in forums, anchor text, allintitle, allinchor

These are just some things you can do. Certainly there are many more things that you can do.

I recommend though before doing anything first really decide what it is you want to do. If it involved earning residual income, passive income, direct sales, mlm, internet network marketing etc..

..You should seek out someone who is first and foremost into internet marketing. Then find out what they are doing.. Finally talk to them and see if they are willing to mentor you. Be very very careful though some peoples idea of mentoring is just to keep getting you to buy more and more stuff even if you don’t need it.
