Since I started bringing my business offline, I have been spending a lot more time lately chilling with my off line team. The amount of ideas that are flowing is awesome. I am very excited to see what the next 6 months will bring.

Amazing things happen when you surround yourself with people who are all working together.  For years I was a little hesitant taking my online business offline. Looking back I was being very silly. I didn’t the raw power of working with people that you know.

There is a trick to finding the right people though because not everybody should be approached. When I first decided I was going to bring the offline world into my online business world I looked for the right type of person.

Ironically it’s because of my online business and dealing with people around the world did I know who was my target and who wasn’t my target.

I’d pay attention to what I am saying because if you understand what I am saying it might open up whole new world for you.

As I was saying earlier not everyone is right for your business. The right person is someone who is sick of their job.

It’s someone who already is entrepreneur minded.

To find this person you simply have to be quite and listen. Once the prospect reveals them self to you. You can now start mentioning your business. I don’t suggest you beat anyone over the head with your business opportunity.

Rather, I suggest leaving little tid bits here and there. One of the hardest parts of convincing the people in your social influence they should join your business is convincing them that what you are doing is legit and that you can make money with it.

One of the reasons I was attracted to online marketing is because you can gain the ability to have a never ending supply of prospects.

I started my business online, learned how to get sales , learned how to present myself then after mastering those skills, I brought my business offline.
