8-Hour Work day

Okay, I’m here watching my husband sleep and I’m reminded of something.
I’m reminded of me watching this video by Tony Rush and Tony Rush had a video that was entitled “why the 8-hour work day will keep you broke.”
Now I want to take it from a different angle.
I want to answer,
“why the 8-hour work day will keep you broke.”
It will keep you broke because whenever you’re trying to get out of it
YOU’RE TIRED.
You don’t have the energy.
You can’t put forth the effort to do nothing,
YOU’RE JUST DRAINED!
You’ll be sitting here, laid back with you’re mouth wide open
just…..TIRED!
……And you ain’t gonna make NO MONEY like that.
Just forget it.
That 8-hour workday has you bound, chained and shackled down…….
to keep you BROKE.
That 8-hour work day has limitations on it.
You can only make so much money and that’s it.
Whatever cap they put on it, whatever it is
that’s WHAT THEY SAY they’re gonna give you
and THAT’S FINAL!
You have no control over that WHATSOEVER!
You don’t really have a choice in the matter other than to say,
“I ain’t taking that, I ain’t working for you.”
That’s where your choice come in at.
You can say, “I ain’t working” but hey, most don’t do that
because there aren’t any other options
…….at least that’s how it appears.
That’s NOT TRUE,
THAT’S HOW IT APPEARS
Here is another option Empower Network.
In Empower Network, there is no cap.
You set your own salary.
It’s based on what you’re willing to do; based on the work
you put into it…..
Here’s another opportunity, Empower Network.
But you’re working the 8-hour Work day, I know.
What do you do?
Well, you know what?
…..You have to choose.
Here’s the point where you’re gonna have to choose
….and that choice can only work for you if you have a certain mindset.
You must have a clear, “WHY?”
Why should you get out of that 8-hour work day, 14-hour work day
or whatever work day it is for you?
You must have a clear why in order for you to have the strength necessary
to leave that 8-hour work day
It is keeping you BROKE.
It ain’t enough to pay for NOTHING!
You can’t get a house without getting a loan,
You can’t go to school without getting a loan,
you can’t get a car without getting a loan,
at least not the one you REALLY WANT!
You can’t do upgrades on your house cash,
NOTHING!
You are stuck on credit cards and debt.
If it wasn’t for credit cards and debt, you wouldn’t have NONE of this stuff.
…..because the 8-hour work day, don’t pay enough.
It’s just flat out wrong!
That should be illegal.
It should be illegal for you to work for a company
and not get paid enough money to buy essentials.
Essentials, the things that are necessities for you and your family.
For you and your family to NOT be able to afford necessities
with a 8-hour work day
should be ILLEGAL.
It should not even be allowed!
but you know what?
They allow it!
Who came up with that?
It makes you wanna know,
“Who is in control of this stuff?”
Who set this standard?
What BEAST did this?
This is a BEAST.
The system; that’s a beast.
You wanna know what a beast is?
Something that tears you up. Something that brings you down
to the point where
you can’t move, you can’t do nothing,
you just MESSED UP!
You’re to the point of termination working an 8-hour work day.
OPPRESSIVE.
Like a bad slave master.
It’s just horrible!
Horrible for everybody involved other than
the one running the system; so it seems.
It’s not beneficial.
It’s just WRONG!
It doesn’t allow people to reach their full potential.
It doesn’t allow creativity.
You can’t use your creativity to meet your own needs
on your own terms.
Maybe you don’t want an 8-hour work day.
Maybe you don’t want to work 12 to 14 hours
Monday to Friday or Saturday.
Maybe you don’t want to work that!
Maybe you’d rather wave your keys in the face of that old
8-hour work day
and say, “Hey I’m riding in a new car and I bought it cash!”
Maybe you want to work 2-hours a day,
Maybe you have a family,
Maybe you just have other things you wanna do that’s important to you.
Why can’t you do that?
Well, I’ll tell you why,
That 8-hour work day doesn’t allow you to do that.
The system tells you NO!
As if there’s one cookie cutter way of doing things.
There isn’t!
You must reach your full potential.
Don’t doubt your own abilities.
You are unique,
You are special,
You have something beneficial to offer.
See your uniqueness.
Don’t stop at oppression!
Don’t go to work crying.
Don’t cry on your way to work or cry when you get home.
Don’t drink your life away,
Smoke your life away,
Sniff your life away,
Don’t do all kinds of stuff to suppress the feeling of worthlessness!
Money isn’t the problem solver
But
There’s something about allowing YOU
to work in a way that will enable you to reach your full potential.
Allowing you to utilize your creativity,
allowing you to see your self-worth.
There’s something about that.
There was a time period when people were able to do that.
It was when most people farmed and they lived on farms.
People got to grow their own food, they got to see
their own potential. They got to see what
their own works of their hands could do or produce for them.
That does something to a person’s thinking.
That does something to a person’s self-esteem
that shows them how much worth they have;
it gives them a little insight into their own capabilities.
See, that’s why YOU should be allowed to REACH YOUR FULL POTENTIAL
It’s THAT important!
It’s vital
It’s necessary!
That’s what makes a great society.
YOU
Be yourself and show the world what you can do,
….because CHANGE BEGINS WITH YOU.
