Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction in action

Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.

It’s a nice calm and quiet afternoon, a perfect time to reflect on the law of attraction.

The puppy is back from having been spayed. As I envisioned she is very well.

She had an overnight stay, with lots of attention from the vets and support staff. Of course, all puppies probably get that attention — they’re all adorable.

My job for today — keep this springer from springing.  That includes, barrelling through snow banks, mauling the cat, chasing pigeons (and anything else that moves) and of course excessive exertion.

What is excessive for her breed?  That is really the question.

Yesterday I spoke with my sponsor in the empower network and learned a few helpful things, including how to post my link back to the network, for anyone who wants to take a look at the my blogging platform with empower network.

I am so grateful to found a system that allows me to begin blogging without the analysis-paralysis that I experience when I go through all of the info I have collected on online business, websites, blogging, etc

This is easy and I am learning as I go.  I read somewhere, that it is all about “baby steps”.  You have to go out and put your vehicle in gear, and put your foot on the gas.  You can’t get anywhere, not even lost, if you just sit in car and let it idle, while you thing about where you want to go.

This is such a calm day, that I feel like I’m in perpetual meditation – like when they say “empty your mind”.   I have been searching for something that I really want to share, and I find empty space.

Have you ever been told, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all”?

Actually, I think there must be some wisdom to that.  I’ve been reading a lot of inspirational/motivational books lately.

Books like The Secret, Ask and it is Given, The Science of Mind… have all talked about “The Law of Attraction

Now, The Law of Attraction says that what you focus on you attract.  That includes what you think about, talk about and feel about.

So, it follows that if you only say “nice things” .. you are more likely to be looking for nice things to say, appreciating something or someone.  You are more likely to notice more of the good stuff, than the bad stuff.

I don’t know about you, but I can only keep quiet for so long, and if I didn’t want to share any gossip or criticism, I’d be looking for the good, talking about the good, feeling good.  After all of that “good”  I suppose that I couldn’t help but to attract – only good.

Funny, isn’t it … How easy it was to go from “blank space” to prattling on this way!

Nature hates a vacuum — isn’t that what they say?

The law of attraction is one of the major focuses of the empower network.  To see how they utilize it in the training program that they offer  check them out.

By the way, I just realized, that since I potted up my mosquito plants yesterday, I haven’t seen a single mosquito in my house!
