Hello! I wanted to share this vital concept with you today, because this fact is a life changing concept!
I have some very big goals personally.
I want to get all children off drugs ‘prescribed’ by idiots who want oppress your children and have them become ‘manageable vegetables’ instead of vital active passionate individuals.
I want to change the education system for all our children so that they can actually go to an establishment and learn, and not be patronised, told that they are stupid or that their IQ is insufficient!
(IQ is NOT fixed by the way, contact me if you want to find out the truth about that!)
I also want to bring entire humanity upscale to where we can discover the hidden awesomeness that is us and finally be living with people who truly understand the power that they are!
There you have it. That is what I am working to accomplish.
That is my vision.
We also foster 3 children because we truly believe that we can do all that we can to help others. Our three children are already grown up and having children of their own!
Turning point in life.
I am truly at a turning point in my life and since I got back from the event in Denver in July, I have a greater purpose, and that’s where I’m going, and I’d really love to have you come along with me!
My heart goes out to everyone in the US who is experiencing the terrible flooding, and I sincerely hope that you’ll get the help that you need.
My life is changing every day, and more and more momentum is being built up and this is going to be a really amazing year!
I’ve made some changes in my life since two years ago, all towards helping to put me in the position that I need to be in to achieve my goals.
Living in pain!
Two years ago I had a ‘slipped disc’ and was literally collapsed on the floor in pain unable to even get up to go to the toilet. It took 4 firemen to get me down the stairs and taken to the hospital. I was put on a drip and returned home a while later. I felt destroyed. I couldn’t even think how I was going to continue to work and pay the rent.
I knew I had to get through that and rebuild the back muscles.
I did, and went back to work. However a year later I had a ‘relapse’ and was off work again bed ridden in pain. It was at this point that I decided I have to create a total definitive recovery. I couldn’t ever let this back problem stop me ever again.
I did 3 months of physio and kept demanding exactly how I could build the muscles that I had to have to be certain to prevent this recurring. I did those exercises and also changed my diet to lose over 10kg and keep it off.
I invested in an orthopedic bed to ensure that I was getting proper rest, and not creating a spinal twist while sleeping!
I set up an exercise space in a empty roof space, complete with training ball and dvd player for my Callanetics(tm) video (the original one from the ’80s) because I could do those exercises without risk to my back.
I also cut out a number of ‘fun but time-consuming’ activities that I had added into my schedule that did not contribute to getting me where I wanted to go.
More focused and powered up than ever!
As of now, I am in better shape, more focused and better trained than I have ever been in my life, in order to truly make this year the best year of my life, and you can be a part of it.
