Another Exercise To Stay More Positive
In my last post, I wrote about dreamboards. Today, I am going to go into another exercise you can do to help you stay positive or help you become more positive.
I wrote about keeping a journal of things you are grateful for. You can review it here. I start out my day by writing, (sometimes just saying them in the shower) the things in my life that I am truly happy and grateful for.
The exercise exercise I am going to discuss today, is similar to that one. So, when I finish writing about the things in my life, I write about things “I WANT TO MANIFEST” into my life.
So Let’s Review These Positivity Exercises So Far
You get up in the morning. You write down everything…or at least 10 things in your life that you are truly grateful for. You look at your dreamboard. If you have time you imagine having all those things on your dreamboard and really feeling it…now what?
What Do You Want To Manifest In Your Life?
Now write down the things you want. For example: I am happy and grateful I own set of TaylorMade Woods. I would not say, I am happy and grateful I am going to buy me a set of TaylorMade Woods, because that is not in the present tense. Wording it like that would keep it in the future tense, which never arrives.
I know you can think of at least 10 things you want…write them down.
This Is Your Journal
Here is something I want to say. If you want to meet a new woman or man, this is your journal. You can add whatever you want, it doesn’t have to be just about material things. Make sure you word everything in a positive way.
What If You Are Not Feeling It
If you write down something and you feel bad about it. Mark it out immediately. For some reason that statement is not not positive to you at this time. even though it might be a positive statement. I always write CANCEL.
The whole object for these exercises is for you to feel good. Feeling good is positive energy. Positive energy attracts more positive energy.
Some mornings you will wake up write things down in a “zombie state”. When this happens try to think about the people doing without.
For example: You write down I am happy and grateful for this house. Inside that day you may feel, but it is a run down piece of ___. But if you change that to think, I am glad I am not living on the street or in a homeless shelter, then you will realize how grateful you are.
Visualization Is A Powerful Tool
On those mornings you feel kind of bla and are in a Zombie state or maybe in a bad mood, take a minute to imagine the things you want to manifest in your life like you already have them. You should start to feel better.
If you wake up in a bad mood, first visualize the best moment in your life. One of the things, I think about my wedding day, and it always puts a smile on my face. I try to keep that image in my mind for as long as I can. When I do, I can feel my mood change for the better.
Sometimes I think about the year I was in high school and got MVP for playing baseball. I was the youngest player on the team, and I broke a school record. I was proud of myself. Memories like these puts more positivity in your life instantly.
There is no excuse to stay in a bad mood. In fact, I talk to myself…yes, I am one of those people, I say I am in a good mood as of right now. I allow only positive thoughts to enter my mind today and everyday.
Command what you want from the Universe…But Always Try To Feel Good and You Will Get It.
Let me know what you think by leaving me a comment. I would love to hear from you.
