Find a Niche Vs Build a Niche Website

Marketing has several basic features.

• Brand Yourself

• Find your niche

• Find the keywords for your niche

• and so forth

The object here is to have a home base,
drive traffic to that base,
and get people to know, like and trust you.

While there are numerous ways to “drive
traffic”, most of them start with finding
a set of keywords that people are searching
for in Google or the can be used to trigger
ads, etc.

Most people find a niche, find the keywords,
and then work within their niche.

A few take a different approach. The build
a niche website that will rank for years.

Key Elements of a Niche Website

• A niche website is keyword heavy – look for low competition words

• A niche website targets one thing only

• A niche website Answers everything a person might ask

• A niche website has lots of backlinks

• A niche website has a clear call to action

• A niche website tries to show massive benefit from choosing THIS option to purchase from or join with.

• A niche website is massive enough that people see commitment

We are talking about a single purpose niche website. It is
designed to sell one thing or recruit for one thing.

It may take months to build and even longer to get it
ranked. On the other hand, once it gains traction,
it will be very difficult to dislodge.

A niche website will be complete enough that visitors
can’t help but think “Wow – this person REALLY means it.”

has the key words and it ranks high for those keywords.

Conclusion – Niche Websites

From my research and the Empower Network training,
these sites take more time to develop, BUT they
generate leads more or less on autopilot for years.
