As we start to market any program that we joined, we tend to forget what caused us to join in the first place. We start running campaigns on all the benefits of the program and how we are going to attract thousands of customers to this program because it is the best program in the world. What will really cause someone else to join your team.
Going back to why you joined this program and what caused you to join your team is worth examining even at the emotional level. Remember back to why you even opened the first e-mail that you received from your sponsor, was it by accident, was it on whim or was it that you were truly attracted to the subject line of the e-mail. That is a very important piece of why you joined your team in the first place.

Everybody Should Join Your Team

For each and every one of us that join your team, there is going to be a different reason, but we do respond by our emotions. When I decide I am going to open an e-mail, it did attract me for my own reasons. Some of the reasons could be:

• I really do want to make money on the internet
• I don’t have a lot of money and I am trying to find a way to make more
• I want to find something that will help me escape my current situation
• I want to set a better for future for my family
• I know the answer is in Internet Marketing
• I know there is a program that I can feel confident in marketing to others
• I know there is a program out there that will help me make money
• I know there is a program out there that provides a great level of support
• I know there is someone out there that cares for my success and will help me to succeed, and that is why I joined their team

We can go on and on with other examples of reasons why someone would want to join your team. In all the examples listed above, they start with “I”, I is a very emotional being that feels all of the above everyday and responds in an emotional way to something or someone that can help relieve that pain or burden that is caused by all those thoughts and realities that we are living. These people are looking…that is probably why you and I are reading this and why we joined this team in the first place.
Market To The Emotion To Attract Someone To Join Your Team

It is no secret that we are all emotional beings and that we respond to any given situation with emotion and heart. Keeping in mind, as we are creating our campaigns and e-mails that we are marketing to real human beings, and we have to do this with the right intention and with honesty.
I am quite disturbed at times when I read the comments on forums, even the Empower Network forum, people are generally lost and don’t know what to do. They almost lose hope and faith in the very system that was designed to create it. Look first to your obligations as the sponsor into this program before you run off to find others to join your team. Look after each and everyone and help them to succeed before you try to attract the masses. Talk to your ego and don’t let him run the program…

Your Honesty and Goodwill Will Cause More To Join Your Team

I am usually filled with different emotions when I hear someone brag about all the money they are making in a program, they start showing the flashy cars and houses and how they don’t have to worry about anything anymore…because money fixed all those problems?
Wait, but this guy is still a goof, a goof with money. I don’t really want to hear about that, I want to hear how you can help me, because if you don’t help me and all the other people you are leaving behind, all that stuff you are bragging about can be gone tomorrow.

I apologize for the little rant and rave, but it had to be said as a reminder to you and me, when we start making money, what are we going to do different?

Above & Beyond Sponsor Support Will Cause Someone To Join Your Team

My sponsor is a leader, My sponsor provides training, My sponsor provides tools to all it’s members, the very tools he uses on a daily basis. These are the same tools and methods that helped him sponsor all these people into his team.
He knows his obligations and that is why he is training his team every night and spending all day making videos to send out to his team. I know that most people wouldn’t agree with this statement, but where are you going to learn about Internet Marketing and sponsoring unless you are taught by a leader, someone who knows, someone who is already doing it today, doing it tomorrow and doing it for you.

If your sponsor into the Empower Network isn’t doing a damn thing for you to help your business grow, I would advise you to stick to your team, but also to have a look at our tools in the University of Internet Science. Most people aren’t told that you have to pass up every second person or fee to whoever sponsored you into this program….that will be to your benefit once you become the sponsor and that will be part of your motivation to help the people that you sponsor into this program. Their success is your success, that is why you have to help them.

Your Obligation To People You Convinced To Join Your Team

Anyone that has joined your team, call them right away…don’t e-mail them from your cold Auto-responder…that is rude. these are real people that are going to depend on you…Call them right now and help them find their way around the Empower Network blog.

I see all kinds of questions from new people on this blog…you should be ashamed that they are on this blog asking questions from other people. These are your people wondering around the forum lost….also let them know that they may not have access to their dashboard of the blog right away either….I see lots of people panicking when they cannot access their blog… I think I waited a few days before I could actually log-in.

Remember, the people that you sponsor are going to face all the same questions and the same reaction you did if you didn’t receive any help from your sponsor…
