I’m fairly new to the Empower Network, but I’ve been around the block a few times and I’m happy to reveal what you can expect if you’re considering going to the .

If you are involved with the Empower Network just for the Internet marketing training, I think you’ll find that the live events are more focused on social proof that you can make a lot of money promoting it as an affiliate. They don’t teach many techniques from stage with “how to” tips. It’s main focus whether intentional or unintentional is to create belief in your ability that you too can make money promoting their products.

You’ll see a ton of new and old leaders walking across stage and receiving those classic 5 foot checks. Then, they’ll say a few words while being asked a few directed questions from David Wood or David Sharpe, the founders.

It is an excellent time for photo opps and to bring back videos to share with contact on the Internet. It does increase your belief levels for sure.

Don’t expect there to be breakout sessions where you can learn specific techniques on how to market online.

If you want to become a leader in Empower Network and develop other leaders in your organization, I think you’ll find the event very useful.

One powerful promotional benefit of going to the event is you can rub shoulders with mega money makers that have gone before you. You’ll be able to walk up to them in between sessions and intoduce yourself and grab a few photos together if you’re aggressive. These are great for bringing home exciting content for the Internet to promote the program.

Many people have been sponsored online through a leader that has no interest in spending much time on the phone with their downline and perhaps you got in through simply responding to some content online, so you’ll have a hard time meeting that person in person if you don’t go to the live event. There is a culture within the leaders at Empower Network not to be a slave to the phone whether it’s through one on one calls for 3-way calls. They look at that as something that is so yesterday and they feel like you can become a prisoner of making yourself too available with the public. They refer to one on one and 3-way calls as grinding it out. They much prefer to create a system that sponsors people in without having to spend all your free time on the phone. Many leaders have zero personal contact with you once you get in unless you get a spine and crack the code of promotion through the training the system gives you.

Leaders have a saying, “don’t be a wussy.” That means don’t look for things to criticize, condemn or complain about it. Don’t give excuses and don’t take excuses from others or yourself. So, if you’re looking for a mother hen to take you by the hand and lead you every step of the way, you have likely chosen the wrong vehicle.

You are expected to develop a spine if you’re going to be a leader in the Empower Network. Some may perceive this as cold, but it is attractive to think you can make a lot of money without being a slave to your downline. Ultimately, most get in for a better lifestyle which includes options. The thought of creating a job for yourself is unattractive to most, so with Empower Network, if you’re willing to stretch to break the code of success, then you can expect to enjoy a better combination of time and money in your life.

Go ahead and try to get a hold of one of the top leaders in Empower online on the phone. Good luck. Most develop a system that drives traffic to their proven squeeze pages, then let the cream rise to the top.

I think it fills in a lot of gaps in the official training, so I think his system is valuable. He’s constantly adding to it and just last week we had our first live training call with him.

Chris has a full-time job as the marketer for a high tech digital sound company and loves it. He also just had a new baby and he’s already got another kid so his time is scarce, so he believes in systemizing the training as much as possible so he doesn’t feel like the Empower Network is a second job. He insists you respect his time.

He knows what it is like to be broke and to lose everything, so he’s developed an inspiring story as an overcomer. I respect his story and much of his marketing philosophy. He also believes in God and policitcal freedom. I share that with him.
