Autistic Man Has Incredible Talent Despite The Odds
Autistic Man Has An Astonishing God-Given Gift – See the Unbelievable Thing He Does!
Stephen Wiltshire was born autistic and communication as most of us know it has been difficult for him. Despite some obvious limitations, Stephen has been blessed with an incredible God-given talent – photographic memory.
Because of this incredible talent, people call him the human camera. If you didn’t already, check out the video above and see the extraordinary thing he can do!
His Talent is mind boggling and INCREDIBLE to say the least.
What Talent Do You Possess?
It seems to me that we are ALL equipped with a talent that is unique to us and we must realize it and use it for the good of others.
Imagine if Stephen never began drawing at the age of 11. What number of people has he inspired that may never have believed they could do what they were meant to do.
I was reminded of the importance of using our talents and gifts in service to others during a Sunday Message at church. It happened to be Ministry Fair weekend where the church encourages attendees to get involved in some ministry. The Pastor reminded us that we all have a talent, a gifting that God has given us and called us to use in some capacity.
He also mentioned that your talent may not be glamorous, the novelty might wear off quick, and you may never be appreciated for it, but it’s that thing you are just a natural at doing and you feel drawn towards it.
For me, my talent is music and I play keyboards in our worship band and have been volunteering there for 3.5 years. The novelty has worn off, occasionally the challenge is gone, and sometimes it feels like a job but I know I’m serving where I belong right now. I know that by doing my small part in the service worship music, I serve the greater good.
What Excuse Do You Have For Not Using Your Talent?
If Stephen in the video can overcome a disability and refine an incredible talent for drawing from memory, what could you do if you knew you couldn’t fail?
What could you be doing to serve others by being willing to not think about yourself but instead, think about serving others.
Serving others does not come naturally for most people and the general population has no idea how to make great money doing something they love in service to others.
Sure, people in the service industries know what it is like to be working to make the customer happy, but what if you could serve others, make money, have a ton of fun and only spend about 2 hours a day doing it?
Would you want to know more?
This blog post you are reading is just one way I have discovered to serve others and get paid for doing it.
Maybe I inspire someone by sharing a personal story, maybe I educate someone by writing about a marketing tool for online business, or perhaps by sharing a viral video someone enjoys a good laugh, a good cry, or something moving to them.
