Are You Willing To Do What It Takes?

I was reminded today while listening to Lisa Nichols speak at #awesomenessfest2014, that the moments I face, the challenges, the things that bring me to my knees are because I AM WILLING!

Willing to have the life that is Unrecognizable

Are YOU willing?

“~ are you willing to be inconvenienced? ~ are you willing to let all the old habits die away?
~ love some people from a distance if they are getting in the way of your vision?

Come face to face with your conviction?

~ Are you willing to live in CONSTANT uncertainty?
~ Are you willing to be unrecognizable to friends & family?

Your journey is not normal….you have never been normal

If they talk about you…its because you are disrupting things

Your life is suposed to make my life better because you were born. Your life is supposed to bless someone because they cross your path at the right moment.

Your light is supposed to shine so brightly that you illuminate the darkness for another in their darkest moment

~ are you willing to walk alone for a little while?

Are you Willing?

~ are you willing to sweat, willing to cry, willing to feel like you can’t carry anything else on your back and still get up?
~ are you willing to forget the unforgettable, and forgive the unforgivable?
~ are you willing to give yourself permission to have the life that is unrecognizable?” ~ Lisa Nichols

The power of these statements really sunk in for me as I was cleaning out a coat closet preparing some donations for Safenest.

I’m moving to Kauai in June 2015 and as I switch out summer clothes to winter clothes, I’m purging – A LOT.

As I dug around in this coat closet pulling out coats I never wear, I came across two green ones belonging to my mother. The mere sight of them brought me to tears.

As I cried …I reminded myself that I AM WILLING

I am willing to let go of the old to make way for the new, willing to cry and give myself permission to have the life I want. It is all merely a symbol of my journey.

“The prescripton for success is action” ~ Lisa Nichols

I have nothing to hide i have nothing to protect I have nothing to prove I have nothing to defend.

I am willing to rediscover myself on a daily basis
I am willing to live and be!

” conviction and convenince don’t live on same block- they are n’t even in the same zip code”

Are YOU willing to be inconvenienced for what you want?

Are you willing?
