Every week our there is a group of leading ladies that do a hangout on Sunday nights!
The goal of this hangout is to come together and discuss ways for ALL ladies to be empowered in business and ALL that they do.
The ladies on this hangout are some of the top income earners in the company as well as up and coming. They know that ladies do business differently and decided to gather weekly to discuss the unique challenges, tips, and resources for ALL ladies building a business of their own.
Lucky for you we also record them, so here is the recording of last ladies hangout on Sunday Night. During this gathering, they talked about “Establishing and utilizing self-love!”

Even very powerful, high level, Ladies face challenges in business.
So why should you even care about a Ladies hangout talking about business?
Just this week I saw an interview with Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. She is eighth on the Fortune’s list of The 50 Most Powerful Women in Business and has written a book offering her insights to ladies on the challenges women face with work, family and ambition.
“I wrote Lean in to change the conversation from what women can’t do to what they can,” said Sandberg. (Source)
If the 8th powerful woman in business can acknowledge ladies face challenges in business, do you think some might exist?
Uh….Yea!
Sandberg states that she wrote Lean in so ladies could increase their chances of making it to the top of any field or pursue any goal with gusto. She also states that the book was written for men who want to understand the challenges ladies face so that the men can do their part to build an equal world.
Women do not have to lower our expectations of what we can achieve in the workplace. In so many situations, instead of pulling back, we should be leaning in.” (Source)
