 Starting with Why lets people know what you stand for.

In the Book “Start With Why” it outlines how the Apple Company did so well in their marketing.

This is true in a business as well as in your life.

My Pastor is always saying that very few “Christians” share there faith or read there Bibles.  You wonder why the Christian faith isn’t growing in the USA, even though the Bible tells us to do this?

Back to the point – A WHY is just a belief.  Once you get this clear in your mind, the next step is your HOW.

A HOW is the actions you take to realize that belief.  Then the big, tell all.

The WHAT is the results of those actions.  Staying consistent, people will follow your WHY.

Everything you do and say has to prove what your believe!  In this way, you do believe before you see!

Even in my own house, I here the words, “I will believe it when I see it” and truly it is the other way around.

The only way people will know what you believe is by the things you say and do, and if you’re not consistent, no one will know what you believe.  This gos for your personal beliefs as well as your business beliefs and goals.

It is at the WHAT level that authenticity happens.  Where people really know you and what your about.

 Guiding principles for authenticity in Starting with Why have to be verbs like:

Integrity — Always do the right thing.

Innovation — Look at the problem from a different angle.

This will give everyone a clear idea of how you or your business does things.

In the book it also brings up the concept of the Golden Circle which is when everything you say and do , you actually believe.  Deeply  believe, not just on a service level!

This is one of the main reasons why new entrepreneurs don’t make it past there first year.

I deal with this a lot in my home business, with new people coming in only looking to make a quick buck and do very little work for it.

Well the hard truth is that any business takes work and focus!

Focus and start with your why, Why do you really want the money…. is it to help people, a charity, your family?  You need to get clear before your business will take off.

Admittedly I was stuck in this viscous circle when I first got started in my business.

Even though I have an awesome product.  I needed to know and focus on Why I wanted to succeed!  For me, it was to retire from my JOB with the Courts.

With that done, now I want to help my customers and my team to get what they want from there businesses.  After they get what they want out of there businesses, I know that I will be able to retire my husband from his sales job and we can travel around the country in an RV.

You see my business I can take with me, as long as I have an internet connection.  With my platform going mobile, it will be easier than ever.

Next thing on my to do list is to set up a few charities and give back big time!!

So, I my business – You first believe in yourself, your product, have a clear WHY that you stand on daily and have passion exudes from you!  This is when the magic happens in your life.
