This information is based on the writing of a well known and respected author of leadership, John Maxwell, but is without merit if you do not apply it immediately and consistently.

Empower is not just about selling products. It’s about a lifestyle, and opportunity. The potential for freedom for many.
Empower provides many different avenues and you must learn these ideas and commit to grow daily in order to achieve these Team ideals.

Driving Success Forward on a Personal Level
Many people quit because they do not value the process. They feel if they do not see immediate results than they will never see results. This means that many people quit, either Empower Network or any other business venture.
So few people keep their word.
You must earn to appreciate the process in order to keep your drive strong, and commit to yourself and your own expectations first and foremost.
A farmer that does not see crops within one day may be considered a fool, the same goes for our system in that the seed must be planted, fertilized, and given sunlight in order to create crops or fruit.
Those who do not sustain the system, do not see success. Are you self-motivated?
Self-Motivation and Sacrifice
Being motivated, or motivating others is a limited thought process. People can become excited or encouraged by these emotions, but self-motivated people are the ones who only ever truly succeed.
If you want to become a member of Team Spark, you must be self-motivated.
