This might just be me, but when I got started in Network Marketing and went from offline to the internet I was certain there was some sort of online mlm secrets that weren’t being shared with me and as a result I could never really sponsor people or build my business.

I mean I listened to every ‘guru’ you could name under the sun and also stayed up late night after night watching training video’s all to the degree of hearing the same things over and over again and just getting overwhelmed with information.

So is there really online mlm secrets that are being hidden that only top earners are applying?

Simply put, NO!

The fact is in this post what I’ll be sharing with you is something that had I re-enforced into my brain when I started online my success would have come faster. I would have been sponsoring 20-40 people per month right from the start like I now am.

What does it come down to if there really isn’t any mlm secrets online, well first off scrap all the youtube training tutorials – there a bunch of B.S and you’ll get more overwhelmed because it’s usually people training things they don’t have any results for.

The most helpful thing that broke me out of this phase was plugging into a system where people from all different backgrounds were getting results whether they were seasoned veterans or complete newbies. When looking for the right system it’s one thing to keep in mind that it should be doing ALL the heavy lifting for you.

For example; If your stuck in your business because you don’t know how to convert prospects into customers or you don’t know how to influence thousands of people at the same time without you working 12 hours a day, you need a system with proper up to date training on everything so you’re not searching the secrets on google. But here’s the biggest factor to consider, the system has to be functional for people of all different personalities..

…because if it’s not you’ll never see duplication in your organization and your attrition will overlap your sponsoring flow.

The idea is if someone is good at talking on the phone with people there’s training for it, but if someone isn’t comfortable doing that you need to have a system with training that supports everyone.

Make sense?

Typically that’s the biggest hurdle to overcome when looking for online mlm secrets because there isn’t any and the best way to build this business is having everything in one place so you’re not scouring the internet for trainings and getting confused all the damn time.

Online MLM Secrets – The Formula To Unlimited Income

I know I said there isn’t any secrets and there’s not, however you need to know the formula that is the secret to making your system and mlm business work for you. Now I’ve talked about this in other posts so for the sake of this article I’ll briefly go over them.

The first is traffic:

Like looking at offline folks making a list doing one on ones and home meetings, online we’re doing the same thing. If you’re not getting traffic DAILY you’re not in business… consider it like gas to your car without your not going anywhere.

You need to get thousands of visitors to your website monthly in order for you to make any significant income, you can’t make any money online if you’re getting some traffic one day then the next nothing – treat your business like a business be consistent with it.

The second leads:

When getting thousands of visitors each and every single month to your website a certain percentage will become leads on your list, you need to follow up with them with an autoresponder like aweber. Now I’m not really a paid traffic kind of guy, but you should be getting at least 30 leads PER DAY, every day that your getting on your list.

The last “online mlm secret” is conversions:

A proper system will do most of this for you so you should only be focusing on getting traffic and converting that traffic into leads every single day. It’s not hard stuff if you just stop looking for online mlm secrets and FOCUS on plugging into a systematic process that does the training and grunt work for you so when you bring new people onto your team they’re not all running around looking for secrets on the internet.

Remember the key to long term growth and true leveraged income is duplication – without it you’re a one man army and there’s no point trying to reinvent something that’s already been done for you.

Now you know the only online mlm secrets are just getting enough traffic DAILY to your site, then converting that traffic into at least 30 leads per day in the beginning you won’t get that from the start so don’t beat yourself up over it, but that’s what a system is there for to train you on how to do all these things and make you money, that’s it!
