The Wikipedia definition for what is blogging follows: a discussion or informational site published on the World Wide Web and consisting of discrete entries (“posts”) typically displayed in reverse chronological order (the most recent post appears first). Blog can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog. That is the definite word of blogging!
Others May Give A Different Answer To What Is Blogging
The answer to the question what is blogging should differ to an awful lot of people across the board. I believe the logical definition is correctly stated by Wikipedia above. I also believe most people will agree that the verbal meaning is not only correct but is incredibly important! But when you ask the David Woods or the David Sharpes of the world I believe you will get a far different answer. If you ask me, which I am a believer the same way the 2 Dave’s are, I will tell you a far different story.
What is blogging to me is a release. Its an education. It is an opportunity to help someone, an opportunity to help others. What is blogging to me is a reality to change the world. The world wide web correctly used in Wikipedia’s definition above allows you and your blog to be found on the search engines of the world! Think for a moment the magnitude of that vision. To release your inner thoughts or better known as ‘release your inner badass”. Your thoughts are Empowering to others. I promise you there are people out there just like you with the same thoughts that you are having right now. The same problems, joys, smiles, life issues and jubilations. These same people are looking for help, answers, direction and knowledge. They are searching for the same things you are. You have the ability to define something in your life far greater than you could ever imagine but literally at your fingertips! What is blogging is an opportunity to change the world!
