“How To Prospect With Posture”

If you want to be a master recruiter, posture is everything!

Our turning point in this industry finally came as a direct result of our transformation from wusses to people of value.

You see posture’s simply confidence.

No matter what stage you’re at in life, there’s always an area or two where you have a lot of posture.

Hence the reason you generally always express opinions on topics you’re familiar with.

We always compare recruiting to dating.

So think of the relationship between you and your prospect like a date.

In any relationship, the one who cares the least holds the power.

So the less you care about the outcome, the more attractive you become in your dates eyes, while the more desperate you become the more your date is repelled.

Attraction is not a choice.

And by understanding this, you can literally create attraction like turning on a switch.

Why is it jerks always get the hot girls?

Yet the nice guys who buy flowers and ask for approval usually always get rejected?

It’s because as humans we are always wanting that which we can’t have.

It’s just ingrained into our DNA.

For this reason it’s so important that when conversing with prospects, you never ever show desperation.

The very moment you demonstrate you need them, its game over.

One of the biggest mistakes we see networkers doing is they’re basically begging their prospects to see their opportunity, they’re asking for a favor.

Think about it from your prospects viewpoint “If the opportunity’s so good, why would they trying so hard to convince me?”

Trying to convince people automatically decreases the value of whatever you’re doing.

It’s the  Fear of loss that motivates people to take action, not the act of trying to convince them.

To have posture when recruiting for your business, it’s absolutely vital you’re proud of and understand exactly what it is you’re offering.

After all nobody wants to jump on board a sinking ship right?

Consider this example:

What product does a bank sell?

Money right?

Now when you apply for a home loan, how do you feel when it’s approved?

Well you’d probably be jumping for joy, right?

It’s crazy we feel so joyful after the bank have just sold us on their product, especially considering the fact they’re making a pretty hefty profit!

When prospecting, you need to have the same mentality as a bank.

You need to think in terms of abundance, only offering your time to those who qualify.

By doing so you’ll create a lot of value and exclusivity around yourself and your business opportunity.

Prospects will now seek you out begging you to accept them onto your team.

They truly believe that by working with you, they stand the greatest chance of achieving success.

In fact when you believe this you hold the key to opening an entirely new world of success where sponsoring becomes effortless.

Understand that the success and longevity of your business is not dependent on just one sale.

The success of your entire business is really the sum of the relationships and value you bring to others, whether or not they join your business today.

Abundance is really the key here.

So the very next time you interview a prospect, don’t be afraid to let them go.

Your job is simply to showcase the value yourself and your opportunity bring to the table and nothing else.

Treat your prospects just as a top CEO would, interviewing individuals for the top executive positions in their company.

Don’t be afraid to take command and have your prospects convince you of why they even qualify for your time.

Why should you have to spend valuable time away from your busy life and family to help them?

Adopt an attitude of already being successful.

Punish prospects who disrespect you by disqualifying them or even eliminating them from your life all together.

You wouldn’t want to disrespect Donald Trump now would you?

Keep in mind that when you’re in the process of transitioning from somebody of low confidence to somebody of power and posture, you’re initially going to go overboard.

Don’t sweat it!

Give yourself room for error and calibrate yourself accordingly.

Understand that it’s a process and the faster you make mistakes, the faster you will learn.

Now that you understand how to position yourself as a leader with posture and value to offer, we will show you exactly how to apply this in today’s market place.
