In regard to blogging. Lets not complicate things too much. Sure, search engine optimization is not a bad thing but first before worrying about techy stuff concentrate on the real life stuff. The reason blogging is something that you should do daily is to create stories and content that in turn creates a bridge to other peoples stories and to their life.
What people are looking for is a connection with someone that they can identify with. A real human being that can inspire or push them and someone that they feel good about working with as a business partner and mentor. This is really the first step, building relationship’s with people who like you, know you and then decide to follow you. They choose you because your personality and style resonate with them. You become one of the people that they want to be around. People feel compelled and inspired to follow you when you are intimate and personal.
Step two is all about being consistent. You have to be a steady visible, continual presence or people will loose patience and fall out of step with you. So consistency in writing blog posts and shooting video is the answer. That is the 20% of what you do that will create 80% of your income!
Now how do you become a leader of leaders?
You have to have a deep connection that other people will identify with. This is what creates sold out stadiums, platinum records and a huge massive following. the reason people have interest is because leaders are real heartfelt people with real lives. Your stories, The telling of your adventures, the trials and tribulations of your experience is what cements them to you and starts the creative motor of “ I Can Do This” thinking.
How do you become a leader of leaders?
Stop worrying about what other people will think and share your story, keep sharing you story… did I mention to share your story? Now be real and be you every time!
Now remember that you can’t please everyone so you gotta please yourself. In so doing you again create a following of like minded individuals who are on the same page. There will be people that love you and people that hate you.!!!
I love it when someone hates me,goodbye wussies, they leave don’t they? If they are not in vibration with you, you want them to leave don’t you? Or would you rather they hang around dispelling their poison? Remember if you don’t have haters, you are not interacting. Voice you opinion and your thoughts say what you mean!. Your honesty and straightforwardness is what attracts the right people to you in the first place! Therefore when your honesty and straightforwardness repels the wrong people joyfully allow them to leave your energy field.
Now you ask me, Rob how do I make more $$$money$$$ and keep people around longer?
Make videos and find others videos that speak to you! The videos that go the most viral are intimate, not boring or mechanical. Secondly there is a huge connection when you create something. Art, blogs,articles etc…
How many times do you read your blog before you post it? When I have created something, a painting for example, I will stand back and look at it for awhile. Checking to make sure that roof lines, trees, water and background are all in harmony. I will also hold it up to a mirror to see the reverse image. Sometimes when you just see things from the same perspective you do not see the flaw. By looking at it from a new or different angle you make sure that you are completely satisfied. Thats what this is all about, your personal satisfaction as a creator! Why is this important? Because when you put out content that you are proud of you are screaming to the universe “this is me see me know me” as I share from my depths.
So whether your writing you blog or landscaping the front yard you stop and look at it to make sure that it meets your personal approval. We also look to our peers for approval and validation . When criticized we will take it very personally. anything that you have ever made you have been invested in it.
Now in order to make $$$ money$$$ you need you customers to stay active. The way to do this is by blogging yourself by example and getting your people blogging. This is the most effective way to get them emotionally attached. Once they have invested their personal time to draft the content they have become a creator. Do not forget how important is is to be appreciated. Commend your people on a job well done. Everyone needs positive encouragement from their leader/mentor.
When you as a leader blog the rest of the pack will run at the same speed. This is the way to get your people to step off the ledge and start doing. If you want a business you have to teach your people what to do. You want followers that are active and engaged. Go out there and do it in a way that doesn’t exhaust you. lead by example. keep your team focused. These are simple, subtle activities that most people are overlooking. Focus and take massive action .Perform the activities that will put $$$ in your bank account! When you focus your income will blossom in 30-90 days!
