A short while ago a friend in my team, The Prosperity Team, mentioned that she was going through a difficult time. What she was saying about her difficult situation reminded me a lot about the principles in one of my favorite books, “Open Your Mind To Receive” by Catherine Ponder, which talks a lot about the universal law of attraction and giving and receiving.
Without going into details about her situation, I made a video for her, reading from very specific parts of the book, and explaining the concepts of the universal law of attraction from my own perspective. Universal Law of Attraction: Key Lessons from “Open Your Mind To Receive” by Catherine Ponder
There are a couple of key takeaways that we can learn about the universal law of attraction and the law of giving and receiving that were mentioned in my video:
- The act of release eliminates stagnant energy from your life, and expands your good. Release opens you up for allowing new things into your life that are relevant to your current state of growth.
- Releasing (and forgiving) people and relationships that no longer serve you or add to your life positively opens up the opportunity for new, healthy relationships, and also the opportunity for old relationships to be returned to a harmonious state.
- Releasing (and forgiving) people allows for blessings to be received in both your life and in the lives of the people you are releasing and forgiving.
- When you encounter dark periods in your life – welcome these periods and be grateful for them. These dark periods mean that you are in a state of growth and you will soon be experiencing a period of abundance and prosperity in different areas of your life. Embrace these periods of darkness and allow them to happen – always with a certainty that it will pass and you will soon receive in your expanded good.
