Positive Mindset Keeps Momentum Going And Cranking Out Real Results

Positive Mindset = Momentum
Stop just for a minute! Take a deep breath… don’t get overwhelmed. What happened to that positive mindset when you first got started?! It is easy to get yourself all worked up to the point of online work overload. I like to call it the ‘success grind’ which is something we all go through.
When you are starting out in any online business venture whether you are a mompreneur, MLMer, network marketer or other biz opps there is a real enthusiasm, positive mindset and a desire to produce real results. However, are you doing the right things to build and keep the momentum going inside your business. Or are you just a professional ‘learner’ going from one webinar to the next, or buying ebooks, audios and thinking the next one will be the answer for you.
Get off the ‘learning channel’ and get into a positive mindset of moving forward. Let’s start by understanding that there are really only two things you need to focus on..
1) Collecting Emails – Getting Leads which builds your list!
2) Making Sales – Friending your list to convert into loyal paying customers.
In a nut shell, these are the only two things you really need to focus on, period. Because if you are not collecting emails, if you are not building a list and getting sales, you will become frustrated and fall into the bucket of ‘quitters’.
Even if you have the best intentions, the most positive mindset and all the enthusiasm in the world, when you don’t see results it can lead to a negative inner mindset that sometimes can be hard to shrug off.
Shrug off the negative and turn on the Positive Mindset!
Every action you take for your online business is building momentum towards your success. Look at each action, no matter how big or small, just be sure you can honestly say whatever action you take will help towards your online business bottom line, you know, profits!
Positive Mindset Cranks Out IPA’s
An IPA is an Income Producing Activity. Each day must always include at least one, if not several, IPA’s. It is a positive mindset that most people cannot grasp because you may have been taught differently about marketing. Especially if you are a baby boomer and haven’t had much online marketing training. If you are working at a computer for your business, then you must be aware of taking action with an income producing activity in mind.
Especially with today’s technology, the internet and social media … many folks think and are misled they just need a site and once that is all pretty and perfect, they think people will just come and visit.
Positive Mindset and Taking Action is Key
Just like any brick and mortar business. If you were to open a new store in your town how would you get people there? And once they are in your new store, how do you share what you have to offer, what value do you bring them for them to even consider coming back or buying from you.
It is a people process… getting to know people first. Building a relationship so they know you, trust you and will buy from you. Having a positive mindset allows you to think and communicate properly so that your potential prospect or customer feels that you have their best interest at heart.
And to achieve effective results, taking action is key. First, taking action is a big part of getting results and success for your business. Second, building a proper sales funnel that makes your list feel like you are talking to just them is the best action you can take. I have been seeing an increase in my own personal results by just leaving my phone number or skype information in my emails. People feel that you are genuine, reachable and available.
Taking action each and every day without any excuses will increase your results and success in a big way. It is something I say over and over again, but it is because it is true and it works. Would you open your brick and mortar store and pick and choose which days to go in and open up the store? Of course not.
Get up each morning, think and write down 3 things you will accomplish that are income producing activities for your online business. Nothing fancy, even a sticky note will do!
Just keep looking at that as a reminder through out your day to get at least those three things accomplished. If you do more, awesome. But if you only get one or two accomplished, don’t be defeated, but instead get to those the next day without prevail.
Positive Mindset and Lead Generation
Does your online business have something to offer the masses that could help in attracting leads and getting them to opt in?
I remember, almost 15 years ago, I was with a big MLM company (doing it on a part time basis) and their main training was on lead generation. We were given little pamphlets that I had to buy stamps, lick those stamps, which my 4 year old son helped (well, kind of, lol) and then purchased addresses and mailed them out.
This type of lead generation actually brought in a lot of business for me. But today we have the power of the internet. We can build social platforms, blogs, websites, write articles, videos and so much more to attract traffic. We can communicate with a positive mindset what benefits and value you can provide them. Soon you are building a following and even having others be referred to you.
BUT…. what too many online marketers are doing is ‘selling’ rather than thinking about building that relationship, sharing valuable information that will benefit them. Because once they start receiving your autoresponder emails, they are more liking to open those emails and see what more you are doing and providing to them.
Once again, this is a people and relationship building opportunity when you decide to build a business online. Keep a positive mindset, build that momentum and never quit. You get this right, you win!
