WHAT?! Call me crazy but the best thing about failure is your online business success!
Failure and Success – Social No No’s
Here’s something to bring to light…
While on your entrepreneur journey towards reaching your goals in your online business, there are some social no no’s to consider. Getting on the social sites and venting your frustrations, failures or disappointments not only reside on the internet forever, but it just might not be the right message you want people to know that is a reflection of who you are.
After all, if you are going to be posting ‘socially’ which is publically sharing your tough times, using the social sites as your sounding board, then you must know other people are taking that in a different light. They look at you thinking ….’gosh I don’t want to be like her or him’!
Think about it.
Would you follow you? Or do you think someone would want to join you? Especially if you are always complaining or bitchin about the company, community, products or programs?
Of course not.
How do you want to be seen?
Complaining or inspiring?
Frustrated or motivated?
Excuses or offering solutions?
Grouchy or happy?
Discouraged or uplifting?
Learning Lessons of Failure and Success
“The BEST thing about failure, it means you are taking action! Failure is just a learning lesson, fail forward and you have success!” ~ Lynn Brown
I fail every day and I succeed every day. You will do the same when you get started and growing your online business to becoming a successful entrepreneur. These are the learning lessons of failure and success. We learn from both. Failure is just a guide to learning and making adjustments. Just as we learn from our success.
Both failure and success are the building blocks to achieving our goals, developing our vision and reaching our dreams.
Personally, when I got started in this company with network marketing and direct sales I thought… ‘how in the world am I going to make sales?’ I didn’t understand online marketing and how to do it effectively. I realized that if I wanted to succeed it would require action. To go out and just do it!
Sure I stumbled and bumbled around, seemed like I would hit every brick wall out there but it didn’t stop me and it certainly didn’t make me feel like I had to post on my social sites all the trials and tribulations I was going through. Sure I could have gotten onto my social platforms and complained about the company, my sponsor, the products or programs…but instead, I looked at these failures and success as learning lessons, the building blocks to why I achieve certain results. And these are the same building blocks you will experience on your journey.
I’m writing this post and share the video to inspire and motivate you in times of struggle, frustration but also during the exciting and fun times of success!
You WILL succeed.
You WILL reach your goals and make new ones.
You WILL win….as long as you stay in the game!
Let me hear from you….what do you think? How does success and failure relate to you personally, and in a positive light that can help others, do you see your success and failure as building blocks to your greater success?
I agree completely with everything yuo have said Lynn. We all fail…at some point in everything we do….but it is how we perceive the fail that determines our success. You have written a jammed packed value based post about the failures in online business. And to add to your video, spewing about troubles does nothing for your credibility – it infact drives people away from you….I am glad you brought that to light. Well done! Netty and Sam Estes
Awesome Post Lynn.. I also we go through failures and successes so we can become the person we are meant to be.

I needed to hear these words today, Lynn. Thanks for continually inspiring me.
Hey Netty really appreciate your positive feedback. Your statement about how we perceive failure is what determines success is an important thing to remember. So thank you for sharing that and appreciate you leaving your valuable comments.
Thanks Bill and it is true, the failure and success is what builds the person we are and who we desire to become. Thank you, really appreciate you stopping by today!
It certainly is one thing people will fall into, the revolving door or becoming a ‘popcorn person’! Thanks Liz for sharing your thoughts today.
I’m glad to inspire you Debra because you are an amazing woman, and even myself has to be reminded that what we do each day is really the success building blocks that keep us moving forward. Thank you for sharing your comments.
