Making Progress requires a Decision…. It’s probably one of the most important words in our vocabulary. So why is it so hard to do?
Stop the excuses! I don’t want to hear them because …. Making excuses takes the same amount of time as making progress!
Take the distractions out of your day, remove the excuses and now you are ready to start making progress.
Let’s Get Down To Making Progress
Whether it’s a decision to lose weight, build your relationship or make more money…making progress is something most of us must focus on if we are expecting results.
If you were really honest with yourself you would know that most of the time you are making excuses instead of making progress.
Sure we can finally make a decision to lose weight, decide we will go and buy a gym membership and get started with excitement to work out every day. But then even after the second or third day, people start making excuses, the weather, you over slept, you are too sore or whatever it might be. Instead of pushing through, doing what needs to be done daily to get the results, like losing 10 pounds.
It’s no different with your online network marketing business. Once you decide this is your path to changing your life, then follow through to learn the skills, apply what you learn and do it on a consistent basis is required.
Making progress can be small actions like working on getting your first leads, writing emails, creating and sharing blog posts to attract visitors, build your business getting onto the social media sites to start connecting with your target market, learning about their problems, what they want and how you can help them. This is all part of working daily on your business, making progress to reach your goals and getting the results you want.
Your business should be daily actions that add up to big and bigger pay days! Making progress builds your team and helping others to achieve their goals. There is much more at stake when you know that making progress is more about you, keep to your decision and wanting to change your life.
Here is something we all can do…. To keep making progress.
What do you know today, right now, that you can work on that will be productive towards achieving results for your online network marketing business? How can you build upon that each and every day, to gain more knowledge, confidence and success?
Maybe you will focus on writing ‘better’ emails, dive in and do a solo ad for the first time, get onto one of your social sites and share a blog post with people that will help them solve a problem or record that first video. Whatever it is, make a commitment and just do it!
So…. Let’s work on making progress and no more excuses.
Are you with me on this? Let’s inspire and motivate each other to making progress, getting results and having more success in our business. Share your comments and if you think someone else might find value on this, please share it with them.
Love this! Excuses cause us to waste so much time, don’t they? Thanks Lynn!
No excuses. How many excuses are given each and every day for not making progress.
The statement, While you are waiting, someone else is already getting great results is so true.
Progress is the way to go indeed Lynn.
Yes, excuses are certainly time wasters. Thanks Charlene for sharing that!
So true Sandy and those same people are the complainers, and should take that energy towards making progress. Appreciate your comments.
Yes I agree Gary, it really hits home and hopefully is a way to motivate those that are on the fence. Thanks for sharing your comments.
I agree with you Gloria, progress keeps pushing us forward. Thank you for your comments.
Hey Lynn, excuses are the killers to reaching our full potential…Awesome value and great video. Thanks
Great point Fj, excuses are the killers to potential. Appreciate you adding that and thank you as always for your kind support.
I found that making a To Do List every morning had helped me a lot! Other wise I would make excuses why I couldn’t get something done, when I really spent 2 hours on facebook, or an 3 hours reading and telling myself it was research when its really just a guilty pleasure. Great Post!
To Do Lists are a great way to schedule your day and stay on course, thanks for sharing that Shauna. And yes, the social sites can real steal time away from what we want the most. Thank you for sharing your comments.
