Where Can I Improve My Structure In Business

This past Thursday and Friday I was at a Kings and Priest, Conquer Atlanta Conference. It was geared towards those entrepreneurs and future business owners that are a part of the Christian faith.
There were several well known leaders in Christianity that were there that are business owners themselves.
Bishop TD Jakes, Bishop Dale Bronner, Robert Watkins who is the founder of Kings and Priests, Pastor Johnny Enlow who is the author of the Seven Mountain Prophecy books, hollywood actor Boris Kudjoe, and several others.
One of the biggest things that I took away from the conference was making sure my structure is tight, sustainable, strong enough to support my future growth, increase, success.
Bishop Jakes said that having a strong enough structure is essential in business. He liken it to the stage he was standing on.
He said right now because of the structure it can support me and what’s up here. He mentioned that if we add more to the structure that same stage can support a semi truck.
That hit me like a ton of bricks.
Its the same stage.
The only difference is the structure.
So I began to take inventory over the business that I manage and started to think of areas that I can improve my structure to prepare for increase so that the growth won’t crush me and the business.
One of the areas was that I needed to get my LLC taken care of, along with another business name, bank account, and taxes.
I got most of that done yesterday except for the bank account.
I’ll be handling that today or tomorrow.
Another area that I know I have to strengthen the structure is with my auto responder follow ups.
I’ve been procrastinating on that for the longest.
The crazy thing is that I know once I improve my follow up emails I’ll be getting more sales. So why have I procrastinated on this???
Trust that I’ll be handling that today.
That’s really it that I can see that is glaring now.
I know my belief is there.
I have all the products with Empower Network.
Oh I know.
I can be more on point with following the 8 Core Commitments to a tee. 
Sometimes I give a dumb excuse to myself that since I am reading this type of book I don’t need to read a leadership/business/personal development book.
I’ve got to stop lying to myself and get er done.
And those are my confessions for right now.
That’s how I, Adrian Hines am going to strengthen my structure in my Empower Network business so that I won’t be crushed when the massive amounts of success comes.
