By the time you read this it’ll be Thanksgiving or it will be after Thanksgiving.
Either way I want to tell you that I am grateful to you and thankful.
Why?
Because you have a certain level of belief in me to at least help you learn how to make a significant income online.
And I don’t take my role as a leader for granted at all.
I must admit to you though that one of the most troubling things about leadership is you wanting more for your followers than they want for themselves.
The old saying is true to, “you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink it.”
I’m not saying that I’m speaking about you at all.
It’s just that, and I’m pretty sure you can agree, sometimes when you want things so bad you will do anything for it.
Then you look at your family member or friend and although they say they want it as bad as you, they don’t exemplify the same level of tenacity or determined look.
Well as I was just reading over some notes I wrote down while at a conference back in June in Atlanta, I came across something that maybe able to help both you and me out.
It’s a different perspective on leadership.
I’m going to give it to you in the notes format that I took it in so hopefully it makes sense
Impactful Notes On Leadership and Success
– you don’t have to be a leader to be successful but you do have to be a builder
– build the people
– you’ve got to reach up to be pulled up
– the only thing I owe my team is to be an example of success
– every master was once a disaster
– my vuneralbility is my greatest strength to success
– the setback is the setup for the comeback
– I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be right now
– be open to everything but attached to nothing
– success is more of a process not a payout
– learn what I’m supposed to where I am at life in that moment
– until then I won’t move, touch, and inspire others
I’m going to leave you with this one last thing so you can enjoy your Thanksgiving day and time with your family.
I found out that the word leader is comprised of two words, lea which means path and der which means finder.
So a real leader is a path finder.
Let that be you in your life.
I’m going to do my best for you!
Have an awesome Thanksgiving, enjoy time with your family, and let’s impact and change the world.
