Ok so let’s get into it.

How to make a video Intro

How to make a video Intro

Everyone likes watching videos. Why? Because we like to be entertained!

Go over to YouTube and check out which videos are the most viewed. Chances are they are the ones that are the most fun; the most controversial. Whatever….people like to be entertained.

Remember that one fact  and you will be way ahead of the game. Don’t believe me? Eric Worre Agrees and he is one of the best video marketers on the entire planet!

There is a huge potential to brand yourself online through video. And by doing so, you have the potential to reap the rewards.

You do not always have to be at home at your desk. Have your camera with you should the chance arise to make a cool looking video.

You need to remember that you will not hold your visitors if you are not interesting; if you are not entertaining.

Now let’s get onto how to make a video Intro and why it is important. The key is FAMILIARITY!

Think of your favourite talk show or chat show for example. Chances are that the presenter will use the same catchphrases; the same spiel. Why? because it gives the viewers a sense of familiarity.

The shows have a formula that works. And in between, you have the meat and potatoes of the show which make it interesting.

The two work in harmony. You cannot have one, without the other.

Now while being interesting is not something that can really be taught, it is possible to teach people how to make their videos familiar.

And one way of doing this is by showing people how to make a video intro. And of course, the same can be said of an outro too. Best of all, it is super easy.

I have made the following two videos to show you how to make a video Intro for FREE.

Video 1- How to make a video Intro

As you can see from the above video, you need to first set up a free account at animoto.com . Just follow the steps and you will see how to make a video intro.

Video 2 How to make a video Intro

As you can see, the next video shows you how easy it is to add the intro to a pre-made video and have the transitions run smoothly.

Of course the above videos are just a guide. Please play around and do what works for you.

So there you have it. Like a lot of things, they are not hard when you know how. And now you know how to make a video Intro.

Keep your videos authentic but at the same time add some familiarity to them so that your readers will better identify with you and feel at ease every time they watch one of your videos.

Oh..and do not be afraid. Making videos will get easier and you will get more comfortable with practice. I am learning all the time. But I learn by doing, not by watching. You may not win an oscar, but you may win one or two new fans. And that is what it is all about.

So get that camera on and get recording! And show your team how to make a video intro and impress them.
