THE PURPOSE OF LEARNING
What I’m learning from my experiences, my own errors and the purpose of learning the good stuff. I was thinking on my way back from Miami yesterday..was is my purpose of learning after I went up all these trips to different cities around the country… 11 so far , but like everyone else I also make mistakes ..big mistakes ..that I’m sure do not want to happen again in my new found (thank God ) profession
But let me tell you something ..or better yet ask you a question, wouldn’t be better when you make mistakes along the way, learn how to recover from them “dust it out” stand up and walk again, rather than just be and do nothing..same all? Huh..

Let me tell you the purpose of learning from my own experience … in my own words: that is when you know what to do when and how ..and show your team how it is done AKA modeling and better yet sharing your results .

You know this is in some way to care about your team ..fatalities(sorta dramatic ain’t it), errors, horrors, and mistakes too are meant to happen there is no escape from them ; but isn’t better and somehow uplifting when you fall, learn how to stand up and teach others to stand up for themselves?

Maybe I’m sounding redundant but in my point of view : life is a road (a long one) that you have to ‘walk on’ (this reminded me a cool song from my fav band U2) …there will be hot , scorching days also nearly frozen and cold days ; sometimes you could be a little disappointed or really disappointed , but for me like I said earlier..the beauty of fall down is to NEVER GIVE UP , stand up and walk, tell others not to do the same mistakes you did; encourage them to pursue their dreams

I never said I’m not gonna make mistakes or even worse to fall down again ..but there is no better feeling when you rise , do not give up stand up again and walk towards your dreams..
