Actually becoming a boss is like a fulfillment a “dream “ …oh yes a “dream”

A dream of becoming a boss to bossing around with people

Telling them what to do when to do and how to do it .. commanding them to perform duties that they do not like so therefore they tell  their “employees”   to do it..got it?  Hehe

Also there is some co-workers that think  “I am a boss” ..say this phrases: “you must do this..or that”

And these guys and it up being isolated working with people but working alone, because they cannot stand  arguing with people that “do not do what they must do”

Becoming a Boss

Is an experience that I wouldn’t like whatsoever  ..let me tell you something..Quick story…

Little over than 2 months I had an argument-actually a big one- with these “wanna be  bosses”

And telling you the truth they are really annoying ..

The guy wanted to beat me up….really …. I was like “seriously dude … I mean Chill out”  .

part of me wanted to punch this guy on the face or something

the other part told me “ dude c’mon you’re better than this”

there is nothing that saddens me the most  that people angry and mad at their life ..reflecting in the job place..it is sad..

cursing everything not with words but with their attitude ..around  them

to be at their worst every single day ..trying to drown themselves and everyone else in the hole of “there is no better future..this is it..being unhappy and miserable all the time”

Becoming a Boss

I  mean there is nothing wrong to be  boss.. I mean if the owner points at you like an authority over other employees..it’s fine..

Maybe It’s because someone is capable certain duties –or gain the owner’s trust- that others are not

I wouldn’t wanna be in that position –it’s not my thing.. .. but I believe everyone is free to make their own choice

However there is a difference—a big one- between being a boss and being a leader..

There is nothing better than being a leader .better yet a good leader
