Strength in numbers truly has merit

The power of unity is familiar to all of us. We often seem to forget the value of unity when it comes to individual success. This is unfortunate that most of us consider our success as a personal property, and others are not involved in it. Through our journey, each of us are inspired, influenced and learn from others. It is not always people who are farther into their success journey that we grow from either. Often it is someone who is right beside us or even slightly behind that we learn some of the most profound lessons from.

Support in the dark moments on the path in our journey to success in of incredible value. It is the Unity of the community that may provide support we need. When we find unity and people that are on similar a journey we also find unique support.

Dr. John Maxwell, one of the greatest inspirational authors of our times, in his book ‘Success Journey‘ says that success is not a trip that you take alone. But it is something that you take with your family and your friends. Think about it, if at the end of all the achievements, all the accomplishments, you find yourself alone, will you call it success in real sense?

Have you ever had a situation when 2 or more people had the same energy, same intention, and similar clarity that creates Unity?

The power of unity is incredibly powerful.

People are passionate.

When people combine their passion in similar intentions with clarity that is unity. That unity is powerful beyond any power. A community of like minded people with similar goals and a mission of clear intention can move mountains.

When we give generous without expectation of return the right people will notice and join you. At that point, the people that notice will have like passion, like intent, believe clarity and desire. It is then that a community will be formed and unity will take place. Grow teams together, unify and create a greater vision. Teams of people with a unified vision is more powerful than words can even describe. If you dare to dream, take your “A” group of people unified in a similar direction is powerful. A simple message of unity surrendered upon-creates a community, which is teamwork and that emotional energy as a team is powerful beyond belief.

Sure, my generosity of sharing value has had it’s moments. Sometimes people choose to take something they learned from me and own it, share it as it was their idea. Other people will ask me for help, time and knowledge without sharing in return. My integrity in any such situations is in place, that is what I have control of.

To add to the unity of any part of the community that I spend time in, when I learn from someone I credit them. When someone inspires me, I tell them and everyone else who will listen. Building others up by sharing and voicing their awesomeness is powerful and increases unity. People choose to be around people that naturally, authentically engage with heart, honesty, integrity and generosity.

Unity is created.

Unity plays an important role, even if we are talking about your personal success. So, it is your responsibility to maintain unity if you really wish to be a success in life.
