Broadcast Your Blogposts to Your Email list
First I probably have to explain what a broadcast means.
When I first started out with internet marketing I had no idea what that meant.
If you use an autoresponder service like GVO, Aweber or Autoresponse Plus (there are more of course) you MUST set up a series of emails.
I have a list for my Xena Fanfictions. Since over 4 years emails go out. Of course I am adding new ones once a week, sometimes if I have the time or am in the flow I add several, all go out between 7 and 10 days from each other.
If somebody finds my Xena Fanfiction page they put in their name and email address and get their first email with their first Xena Fanfiction.
At one point I discovered the “footer” and now I can add new things going on, News about the community and everybody on that list, no matter how long they’ve been on my list they all get the same footer message.
But this is not the topic…
Broadcast
A Broadcast is simply a personal email that (usually) gets set out to everybody on the list. With Autoresponse plus I can select whom to send it out. With Aweber and GVO I don’t know – yet – how to do that. But then I haven’t had the urge to do that 
If you blog – and I do hope you do because this is the easiest and fastest way to reach your target market (get one here) – you should send your blog posts to your list.
I’ve started doing that and I get more traffic to my blog.
Broadcast = more traffic
How can I tell? The programmers of this blog have made it easy.
- sign up for a google account
- register for the google analytics tool
- take the one line of code and put it in your Empower blog (under settings)
- broadcast your blog posts and have a look how your views to your blog claim

Too many people try and rely on NEW visitors to their blog when they are leaving a TON of money on the table by not tapping into REPEAT visitors!
