Achieving the goal I have set for myself

Today was quite an important day for me in my online business. Why? Because today would be the day that I finished my 100 day challenge, to find out more about that challenge go to my previous post. I will unfortunately lay it out in this post again.
I want to talk today about why only certain individuals really become successful and make a lot of money, while the majority fails to get anywhere in life. It has nothing to do with luck or coming from a certain back ground. It has merely to do with your level of commitment and how much you are willing to change.
About a year ago my instructor in Mixed Martial Arts asked me whether I would like to become a junior instructor for my dojo. One of the other student were also asked, I immediately said yes when he ask. After about a few months of training to become an instructor I found that many of the students that have been asked to instruct did not like it. They felt that because they had to give their time away teaching other new student martial arts they had to be paid for doing so. I had a completely different outlook on things. I saw it more of an opportunity to develop my leadership and teaching skills, as well as for my public speaking skills, just to name a few. I found great value in doing what seems to be unfair to others, I saw as the best window of opportunity.
Just earlier today, my sensei called me to thank me because he is able to depend on me at any time. That meant a great deal to me. The fact that I have someone counting on me to come through for them, I feel like I do not want to disappoint them. However, there are also days I know for sure that I would be unable to come through for them, but those days I would just notify him of my situation. That is what I think integrity is. Keeping your word at all times. Being honest with someone when you have to regardless of whether it will hurt them in the moment. I think it is a lot better for them to hate you now, because if they do realize that you were only there to help them, they would grow to respect you so much more in the future.
