Rollup! Rollup! Do not miss this brand-new Pre-Launch MLM opportunity! Do not get left behind!
Are you are risk taker, or do you prefer having a comfort zone?
Remember that most MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) companies will fail in the first 2 years.
So the question to ask yourself is do you need to risk joining an unproven MLM company during its pre-launch, or would you prefer the safety of joining a long-standing and proved operation?
Nearly all MLM companies start with a pre-launch phase.
Why pre-launch MLM?
It all has to do with marketing and generating interest, but it’s also a strategy of building a distribution network, where these first distributors don’t have to pay to join.
If the break actually looks okay, many of those preliminary distributors could have their own teams that go with them. It’s simply a way of getting lots of free advertising and getting some excitement going.
Instead of merely a trickle of sales in this initial phase, the company can start promoting lots of products through these pre-launch MLM teams of distributors.
During the beginning of any company, there’s a period of time when the company does not earn a profit, so the quicker they can reach their break even point the better.
It can take some companies many months to get over this period of not making any money, so signing up teams of distributors and experienced individuals will help them get into profit much more quickly.
Experienced distributors are also conscious that getting in on the ground floor without them having to pay a buy-in charge can be very beneficial.
A multilevel marketing company in pre-launch can save you a large amount of money as there’s no product or distribution at this point, all of the teams are being formed and going through coaching.
It all appears too good to be true. In some cases it may be.
The rate of failure of companies in the pre-launch MLM business is big only ten percent of these firms succeed.
Give it some thought, have you have spent 2 or 3 years building your team, becoming a leader and working diligently to make the best earnings?
This is the risk, if it all goes belly up you lose everything and you’re back to square one. But on the other hand, many individuals have managed to make large incomes in the pre-launch MLM phase.
What determines pre-launch MLM success
The success of a pre-launch MLM company can frequently be traced to the quality of its products, how reasonably its compensatory plan is structured, and also , the quality of its training.
Management also plays an important role, and an MLM company has a better chance if it’s management personnel have prior experience within direct selling.
Of course the product is also vitally important it must be evergreen, of high quality and cost-effective not something that can be bought at the local shop for less. Evergreen means folks will always require the product.
Experienced network marketers are able to judge certain sides of a new MLM business swiftly and they look at several things before they join. Newbies to the network marketing business, on the other hand, may not know how to judge an exciting new MLM business as effectively.
Your sponsor should be someone you can trust and ask questions of, and you should always ask questions during any new pre-launch MLM.
The positive side is if you join a promotion during its pre-launch MLM, you’ve got a great opportunity to find success, but on the other hand it can be dangerous.
As with any business there is risk concerned and it does not matter if you join a longtime business or crash a pre-launch.
The undeniable fact of the affair is if you don’t have the right attitude you won’t achieve success in either situation. Established or pre-launch, it really does not matter.
What does matter is how you manage your business. Do you have the power to build a profitable business?
That’s the bottom line. But is also important to consider if joining a pre-launch MLM is worth risk.
