A blog carnival collects other people's posts, introduces each one, and sends readers off to them, and Clinton Douglas hosted several. That format is the most interesting thing here, because it makes the blog a doorway rather than a destination and it names everybody it borrows from.
His own writing is at its best when using a comparison. He describes a website as a unit in a shopping centre, where the entire question is whether anybody walking past has reason to look in, and builds a whole argument about visibility out of that.
The work from home posts are practical and specific about particular companies rather than vague about opportunity in general.
Then there are consumer articles on car insurance, a documentary about mermaids, a television recap and a news item, none of which belong to any of the above.
Twenty three posts. Take the carnival editions if you want to find other writers, and the shopping centre post for the argument.
