Positive support is very powerful. It lifts you up, it motivates you and more importantly, it shows that you are not a number, that you matter.
I have been marketing a very long time and if you want to build a powerful team, make sure you recognize your referrals efforts. make sure they know you are not treating them like another commission and not a person. Without their hard earned efforts, you are nothing!
This is why positive support is so important.
Make sure you are providing good quality marketing training as well. Do not give your referrals crap sites or crap ad copy to promote with, when they get no results, they will look at you as not a leader but as someone who just wants their money.
Make sure your provide the best quality strategies, ad-copy and sites to promote to. Everything you use to create sales, make sure they are using them. Saturation will never happen, so get that out of your head. It will take 63% of the entire niche to enter into saturation, good luck with that. Look at Facebook, do you think they have saturated the Social Media market? Not in your life, they may be a leader but they have not saturated it.
