An Angel…

This past Friday I went to the Chinese food restaurant and I met an Angel.
A 75 years old woman was sitting at a table waiting to get her order. I approached the table and looked at her as I wanted to sit with her to wait for mine. I felt she was an angel the way she looked at me with her eyes kindly letting me know that I was welcomed to do so.
An Angel Talking About Her Family
When I sat down, she started explaining why she was coming to this restaurant as it was convenient for her not to have to cook and she likes the taste of the food being prepared there.
I started asking her questions about her life. She told me that she had 5 kids, she is a grand-mother and a great grand mother that cooked all her life for her kids, grand kids and great grand kids always making sure that each one was having the pleasure to savor their preferred meals.
She was proudly stating that she raised her 5 kids working 2 jobs. It has been really important for her that her kids had a good education and she managed to be there to make sure that they were raised to be responsible, productive, kind and polite members of society. WOW!
An angel!
I was amazed by the love I was feeling and emanating from this old black woman.
An Angel Traveling the World
At one point she started talking about all the places she visited and stayed in the world.
She was able to do so because of her children living in different places on the planet and moving around because of their jobs.
The way she was expressing her experiences was just hypnotizing me.
She lately decided to come back to Buffalo NY were she was born and raised.
Her eyes not being as good as they were yesterday, she now feels better being in a city where she knows her way around.
An Angel being Acknowledged
During our conversation she was mentioning how lucky she was and also was thankful to the Lord for the great life she had up to now.
She was really surprised at what I told her.
I first asked her what was her first name.
Rose she answered.
I said: you know Rose, it is totally cool that you are thankful for the life you had but “luck” has not much to do with it.
The reason that God rewarded you is because you took your responsibilities, you raised 5 kids that are now helpful planetary citizens and devoted your life to make others happy.
God gave you the opportunity to take decisions in regards of the type of actions you would take resulting in helping other divine creatures (all of us) survive better.
I pursued asking her: “would you reward someone being not being respectful of what you gave them?”
Rose: No!
That’s right! God gave you life and you used it to help others be the best individuals they could be so they could help others.
Would you reward someone doing so?
Rose: I guess! being a little shy because of the realization that she was a good person; an angel.
Well! that is what God did. This is what some people call luck.
You will be at the right place, at the right time and doing the right things if your intentions are pure and sincere.
Life is made up of challenges and God gives us all these opportunities to use and learn how to help others better. Some use these challenges to complain and poison other people’s lives with their whining “killing” God’s creatures a little bit each time they are doing so. They sure will not attract “luck” this way…
I was so proud of my words as I saw a timid smile appear on her face and her eyes being as bright as an energetic young kid ready to conquer the world.
My order was given to me by the waitress; I had to leave Rose.
I had another appointment with another angel; my wife Kim.
I stood in front of the table looking at her and sending her all my admiration.
I wanted to hug her and kiss her on the cheek but the society being what it is now, I restrained myself. Something which I shouldn’t have. Love is something totally OK to live, spread and share…
I said: “Rose! it has been a great pleasure for me to meet you and I want to thank you for what you did and for who you are. Thank you!”
This made her feel very special and I was glad it did
Who do you think felt better however?
Being kind with our fellowmen is so vivifying, so energizing that it is almost impossible to describe with words.
Because of this indescribable emotion which is so full of love and purity, I know that this is the right thing to do. The right things to do create life within when you do them. It creates life for yourself and for others around you.
You are an angel, I am an angel, we all are angels! Lets all be kind and loving to each other. All together, lets create a better world where we can all flourish and prosper…
Unite with other angels and create wealth so we all
can focus entirely on making others happy
without having to worry about money!
