This is not a blog so much as a window company's shop front, and knowing that up front saves everybody time. Two posts cover replacement vinyl windows in two named towns in Orange County, complete with before and after photographs and a video of the work being done.

Taken as advertising it is better than most. The longer post lists the reasons people actually replace windows, and separates the ones about appearance from the ones about heating bills and security, without pretending they are the same motivation. It also warns that the job is more complicated than it looks and that the do it yourself route is not always the saving people expect.

There is nothing else on the site. No general advice, no other subjects, no attempt at anything beyond the two towns named in the titles.

If you live in either of those places and your windows are old, read them for the checklist. Everybody else can pass straight over.
