There is no best way of facing the interview board. How to answer Interview questions depends upon the job you are being interviewed for and the credentials that the organization is looking for. Any interview requires great preparation on your part and it is wise to learn as much as you can about the company and the job you are looking at.

How to answer Interview questions, practise answering questions, do not forget to answer as naturally as possible on the final day. It is easy to get carried away and sound like a parrot. However, do prepare and go for the interview as you might end up fumbling.

Go through the difficult questions that you can be asked. Think of an appropriate answer which is based with your skills and experience and the job you are applying for.

• Have you ever dealt with a difficult co worker? What action did you take and what was the result?
• Have you worked under a difficult boss? How did you handle the situation?
• Describe the time when you offered help to a co-worker.
• Have you ever misjudged a person?
• Have you ever had a chance to face a non technical audience with some technical information?
• Have you ever been pressurised at work? How did you decide the top most priority?
• Describe any experience that you have had of working in a team.
• Have you had a chance of analysing and presenting data?

After the five odd interviews you have faced, you will feel like a veteran. You will be asked the routine questions where you need to put across pertinent facts regarding your education, your previous job and your aspirations.

You may need to prove to your interviewers that you have the required skills needed for their organisation even if you come with no relevant experience. It would be prudent to mention your hobbies and any workshops you have attended on developing yourself- motivation, positive thinking, and time management.
