Skin care takes up more of this blog than any marketing topic does, which nobody would predict from the categories. A dozen posts work through cleansing, dryness, protection and what a dermatologist would charge you to say, written for somebody who has been buying products without a plan.
The business material is thinner but sharper where it counts. Teddy sets out rules for choosing a company name, arguing that a name has to be short, spellable and sayable before it is clever, which is advice most people ignore until it goes on a sign.
His review of a large affiliate network is the other useful piece. He explains what the network does, how you get credited when a visitor acts, and what to check before you build anything on it.
Everything else follows the standard marketing curriculum, on article writing, search, email and social, in a tone that never quite commits to an opinion.
Come for the skin posts if that is your problem. Come for the naming and network reviews if the business is.
