First thing, to learn how to juggle 3 balls you must simplify it to the most basic element of juggling: 1 ball juggling.
Juggling 1 ball is simple but STILL you must find a way for you to throw a ball, using your peripheral vision(not looking at your hands) while keeping a strong stance(feet and shoulders appart).
This is going to be very useful when it will be time for you to learn more complex juggling.
Once you are ready to move on, before you learn how to juggle 3 balls, you must learn how to juggle 2 balls. Going step by step is crucial, this is what is going to make your learning process a LOT faster. Juggling 2 balls is fairly simple. You most throw the ball under the previous one while alternating the first hand that throw it.
This is a little confusing for the brain for most people but after 20 minutes of practice your brain will start to pick up the pattern.

How long does it take to learn how to juggle 3 balls? Well it all depend on how much you have been using your body in your life. If you’ve never danced or did any exercice whatsoever it may take a little more time than someone who has been dancing for the past 20 years.
Still, EVERYBODY can learn how to juggle 3 balls if they want to and are willing to practice UNTIL they succeed. It took me a week but if I had used what as been shown in this video, it would have taken me about a day.
