The recurring argument is that the company was never the variable. The products differ, the pay structures differ, and none of that decides anything, because this business runs on the person doing it and their willingness to stay social, disciplined and consistent when nobody is watching.
Facebook comes up repeatedly as the channel most people use badly, pushing the opportunity into a feed of friends who never asked for it.
The writing prefers teaching you how to think about the problem over handing you a script, and says so directly, on the grounds that reading somebody a book helps them less than teaching them to read.
Find the post that names your company, read it, then read one for a company you have never heard of. The advice barely changes, which is exactly the point.
