” The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

When I reflect over my life, which I consider to be very successful, I recall pivotal milestones of achievements that I know were the direct result of a multiplicity of mentors and teachers that saw within me raw potential, mixed with intense zeal and exuberance that no one or thing would withstand that which I desired most.

They taught me that there are multiple paths to success. Many ways to obtain knowledge, but ultimately, it would be my executing of wisdom, the application of knowledge that would maximize my learning curve or hinder it if I applied it poorly. They taught me that you only fail when you quit. That instant success can be worse and misleading because true understanding comes with you duplicating success. I was taught true success in the ability to create, adhere to, or model after a proven strategy. I was also taught that greatness and success in measured over time, not necessarily in moments…that success is a process, not a final destination.

My life is adventurous and extremely rewarding. Many days I feel invincible. That with each attempt of a thing, I significantly increase my odds of success. I highly recommend learning something new at least twice a year. Reflecting on the process. Remembering how extremely difficult a brand new skill set feels when first applied. How slowly progress was make in the beginning and how your desire, you being intrinsically motivated, brought you back for more and more, building off past failures until that moment of familiarity kicked in and your skill set began to improve. That’s what life is about, manifesting. Producing any desired result out of life and showing others how to do the same.
