Love some of these recipes…
I used eat a lot of Lean Cuisine, before I really understood how to drop bodyfat in the fastest way possible… I was committing the same mistake that I continue to see people make all the time:
I thought it took time to make great food – I was wrong.
For example, this one spice recipe can make grilling up some chicken or beef, possibly a few bell peppers, and an onion taste way better than any pre-made meal you can buy in a store.

One of the biggest issues with pre-packaged food is that it usually contains abnormally high sodium content. This results in more retention of water and increased risk of high blood pressure. Obviously, when we’re trying to eat healthy, we’re not trying to trade fat loss for health.
Another issue is the number of preservatives in pre-prepared foods that you buy in the freezer section. Very often, they are loaded with preservatives to allow them to keep – this lends itself to toxicity for your body, liver, and kidneys. Eating clean and ‘frozen’ is nearly impossible.
Lastly, the macronutrient ratios are almost always off. Protein tends to be the most expensive part of a meal, so companies often short-change the protein content to offset their costs and keep the portion size larger. This is especially true in the US, so watch out!
I recommend that you cook as often as you can – find recipes that are doable, fast, and delicious. This is SO important – your desire to cook will go up when the food tastes better and takes less time – I promise.
If you’re looking for ideas, I cannot recommend Metabolic Cooking highly enough. I’m continually finding new recipes and ideas to use in my own cooking, and I know I will continue to do so for a long time to come. If you happen to know of a recipe that is both thermo-charged for fat-burn and delicious, I’d love for you to share it with me. Feel free to reply to this email and
I’ll share any recipes I end up trying with everyone reading
