Bloghatter Review – The Ultimate Desktop Content Generation System
Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.
The video below is Mike Johnson’s review of the Bloghatter desktop content generation software. For those that don’t know Mike he is a really good guy, an honest, talented and really successful marketer who specializes in automation of much of his marketing process.
Mike is not about automatically producing tons of auto crap, rather producing and syndication of fit for purpose quality content.
Personally I bought Bloghatter on Mike’s recommendation, and use it every day.
I’ve created a video below Mike’s that explains how I use Bloghatter to make me money, but felt that Mike’s Video review of Bloghatter was the ideal starting point.
Firstly Mike was reviewing Bloghatter version 2 and Bloghatter is now on version 3 which adds a lot more functionality. So the rest of this post is me focusing on this additional capability.
In the ideal world I would have created a screen capture video like Mike’s but for me I bought this software in 2010 as a single PC license and still run it on my old laptop, which doesn’t have the memory to run screen capture software in any acceptable way.
So I’ve cobbled together Donato’s (the program author) demo video’s with my content creation process.
Also Bloghatter Pro Version 3 to give it full title is sold through Clickbank, which means you have the full 60 day money back guarantee – used wisely you could have paid for it before the end of the guarantee period
Bloghatter Review – My Bloghatter Content creation Process
Step 1 Grab Your Content –
You can chose from PLR articles that you may have (you get 6000 plus free just for trying the software)
If you bought the optional Article plugin you can import articles from Ezine Articles or Article Alley (I prefer Ezine as the article are nicely formatted).
Also if you’re a member of the Article Builder service from Jon Leger you can import unique articles from within their supported topic list. I use this source extensively.
Step 2 (Optional) remove links from content if you want.
Step 3 Use the Bloghatter Yahoo Tag Plugin to automatically access each article and add tags based on the content (massive time save).
Step 4 Using the Yahoo plugin again I like to add links to the tags/ keywords identified in step 3. As I’m mostly posting these articles to either my Blogger blog network or my WordPress sites I like to add one or two in content back links per article to my money pages.
To speed up this process I create text files of my money page url’s (one per line) I also mix in a few links to other high page rank authority sites. This makes the linking look more natural, and Google love to see a few outbound links to trusted sites. You can also add links direct to affiliate offers as well if you want.
Creating this link text file once done saves a ton of time.
Step 5 If I’ve used PLR or Ezine articles I prefer to spin all the articles to increase their uniqueness using The Best Spinner Service I also spin the titles remembering to protect (not spin) any keywords that I don’t want changed. I set spinning to the highest quality as I want excellent readability. If I’ve used Article Builder content I don’t need spinning.
Step 6 Optional – I like to use the inject content from Article Builder to most of my articles, as it will increase uniqueness in the Ezine and PLR content, but also because I think it simply looks nice
Step 7 We know have really great text content to which I want to add Images using the Bloghatter Image manipulator plugin. This will add images taken from a Google’s Image search automatically into your posts. You can also add image links if you want to (I like to link to my main money page)
Step 8 Using the Bloghatter Video plugin I like to add video’s to all content. Videos are proven to engage with people and keep them on your site longer. Again Google loves this.
Step 9 (Optional) Bloghatter provides a number of content replacement and manipulation tools to allow you to prepare large quantities of content quickly at the press of a button. One of my favorite tools is the Bloghatter Adder tool which allows you to add content before and after each post. This content can include HTML and spin syntax.
I like to use this tool to add maybe one very specific video with supporting headline and spun text to create super compelling content that will appear above the fold, atop of very high quality articles. By using the adder tool for both topping and tailing articles you can add all the one page SEO elements that you would otherwise have to edit manually (H2, H3 tags, bolding, underlining, and italicising keywords).
You can add anything that HTML will support, so not that I’ve tried this yet I cannot see any reason why you cannot add your optin form as well.
Note on the spinning. At the moment Bloghatter does not support nested spinning in the adder tool, but this is only a small restriction.
I use the adder function to create what I call 2nd tier quality content. Tier one is 100% my own written / curated content, tier 2 is the best quality semi auto generated content that I use for syndication, back linking and driving traffic to my tier 1 stuff. Tier 3 content is good quality but primarily for back linking my tier 1 & 2 content and driving traffic to tier 1. I hope that makes sense J
Once I’ve done the prep work for the urls I want to link to, and my top and tail content for the Bloghatter adder tool, it’s possible to create 10 – 50 -100 articles at a time if you want to, and then use the schedule tool to post them when you want. After a couple of goes you’ll be able to knock out great content in less than 5 minutes!
I monetize this content with affiliate links and Adsense on some of my network sites. I personally think it may take a lot of Blogger blogs to make your fortune with Adsense, but for me this is only a secondary monetization strategy.
Going forward I plan to use this content for list building.
I’m also getting good results using Bloghatter V3 to post to my Empower Network blog, as the authority of the Empower blog makes ranking much easier than if you’re using your own domain.
Out of all the tools I’ve bought this has been one of my best purchases, saving me so much time.
Remember if you want to test out Bloghatter you have a 60 day money back guarantee, simply keep your Clickbank receipt after purchase and make sure your 100% happy.
