Inner peace is synonymous to individual harmony and serenity. In this world of chaos, where some of the nations are still in war over power, some also are in disagreement due to political interest and some individuals are just arguing because of trivial things which can be resolved by talking to the person and fixing the conflict between the two of them. It should not be a big deal if one does not totally agree with you however what you need to do is to simply respect the idea and opinion of that person.
